List of Robert Pagano's Reviews
I had appointments scheduled for an Endoscopy March 24th and Colonoscopy around April 6th with Dr. Pagano. I received a call 3 days ago that the Endoscopy needs to be canceled because they don't have a proper diagnosis for insurance to approve the procedure. The lady says I can schedule a phone appointment with the Doctor so that he can get info and reschedule the procedure. 2 minutes later I get a call saying the procedure won't be canceled because me making the phone appointment on March 3rd gives enough time for insurance to approve the procedure. The next day while working i yet get another message that now the Doctor can't do my phone appointment on the 3rd. I call at lunch time and get put on hold for 17 minutes so I call back, get told "sorry I'll transfer you right back and I'm on hold for over 10 minutes again, so I call back and choose the option to leave a message but instead I'm transferred back to the lady who has now had me on hold for almost a half an hour. I ask her to put me through to voice-mail. I leave a message saying what my next day off is, pick whatever time works and plug me in for a phone call. I get a call back and that day also doesn't work. She gives me the option to do it on March 1st so at 330 so I'm like , ok I'll do a Super late lunch. Next I get an email telling me that I will get a text 15 minutes prior for me to log in and wait for the Doctor to come on to the call. (Like his time is more important than mine and I can waste my entire time, as much as he needs to get on the phone). Now today, I get a message that they need information on my procedure from 10 years ago because the Doctor likes to see them prior to the next procedure. This is something they could've found out by calling my PCP or just doing homework. To get calls 4 days in a row changing appointments and needs is terrible, and I'm supposed to trust a person this unsure on daily time lines on availability and the inability to look up my medical history themselves to do procedures on me? This office is very unprepared for day to day operations, not very competent at scheduling, and as a fellow Healthcare worker I'm embarrassed that they serve human beings with the total lack of care for others and acting like his time is so much more important than mine. I could keep going, but when they read this, they won't care because I'm not them. Update: Still getting messages about my upcoming appointment that I canceled almost a month ago. 3/19/21 today's date
No! Their scheduling department was really RUDE! It was as if they were in the middle of a horrible day and wanted to take it out on me. Just plain condescending and miserable!
No problems and appreciate his expert service.
If you are having health issues and if you are willing to follow up with your results like a project manager go there. Because you will have to manage your provider, insurance, followu results everything. Before you push nothing even is touched. if I can get better, I will never go back
Dr. Pagano has helped me with a number of my GI issues over the years. He is attentive, direct, and clear with his instructions. Also, I especially like that he continues to monitor my progress and search for slight variations to ensure the best overall care.
The guy was a butcher when he did my colonoscopy, and he did not care!
This was the first time I have seen a gastro doctor. He made me feel very comfortable with my colon. He gave me the results and I had to wait for the pathology for about 14 days. After my procedure I had to return to the office for every 3 months to follow up on care.
I've been his patient for 20 years. He has never been wrong. Great guy
I have worked for a gastroenterologist in the past, and had need for another opinion---Dr.Pagano was very thorough in going over my past reports, thorough, and is in the process of trying to help me with my current problems....I was so impressed with him, especially with me being in the medical field.....

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
