If I could leave a 0 I would. My wife saw here a couple of years ago without insurance for a throid problem. She never pulled her records to know she had a throid tumor and hashimotos. Wasted visit but she sure made made sure she was paind her 400 dollars for that visit. She is a hack, nothing more. Why she is in medicine we dont know, except for the money her and her staff can pilk out of unensured patients..disgusting human being. Not qualified...Be wared you will be taken advantage of if she can..meds not called in either..just a joke and she has been getting away with this for years...saddly

My first appointment I waited over 2 hours to be seen. I didn't want to switch doctors again so going forward I asked for appointments on days that weren't as busy but there was always a long wait. Covid is the only reason that changed because only one patient could come in at a time so she couldn't over book her day. The last time I was there the doctor herself was extremely rude to me. Because my family uses an ADP card to pay for our co-pays and their billing system is old, they have to send the bill to the billing department then they contact me to pay it. Dr. YOVANOF began telling me this isn't a free clinic and she's sick of ppl trying to not pay. I have ALWAYS paid, never did I expect anything free. That was it for me. I immediately started looking for a new Dr. and switched. This place is not worse the hassle, the Dr. listens with her ears closed and is old fashion ways. I went to one of the best endocrinologists prior to Yovanof, only reason I had to switch because of my age. I don't recommend her at all. Her ways are completely different to what I'm used to. I don't think she actually listens to what I said.

I had my first appt on July 8th. I've been a diabetic for 52yrs, Had the front of my foot amputated and had a stent put in last month by different doctors. When I went to see her, I was in need of a new insulin pump and CGM supplies. It is now August 24th and she hasn't even ordered them yet. My foot isn't healing well anymore and who knows what my high sugars are doing to the stent in my leg. I do NOT recommend her to anyone

she is educated about all facets of illness connected to her specialty ...even the sexual child abuse connections to ills such as polystilcystic ovary syndrom....still yet some doctors are not up on that issue...she knew decades ago: on the spot excellence...and when i think something will be hard to explain or for a doctor to understand, as a patient...she brings the issue up even before i can get it out of my worried mouth, to articulate the issue or symptoms .....she is that 'johnny on the spot' .....and she listens plus remembers....with all those patients and months between visits how she does that is a mystery to me...Also she can tell if my thyroid etc has swollen by the slightest bit , or gone down even slightly after months apart.....THAT is excellence. i can't repeat that word enough.....she knows her stuff alright and is keenly interested in the latest developments concerning the illnesses associated with her field.....she keeps up with all the new scientific studies, research, results, even theories....all of it, because she truly desires to help the patient and be on top of things....her compassion and concern for abused women in deeply moving and acute....it is also desperately needed by doctors and has many health ramifications .....She is ...wel,l here we go again: excellent! .

I finally found a doctor that cares about me! She has a way to encourage you like your Mom would.

I had my first appt today. I thought the Doctor was easy to talk to and she was interested in familiarizing herself with my health history. She listened carefully and answered all questioned...ordered tests so that we cld b sure we had all the answers we need..also I was able to get an appt within a week of calling...endos r normally soo overbooked...that was great..n the wait was not too long...I recommend

She is my husbands Doctor, visited him in the hospital when he was in there, and she didn’t have to.

I highly recommend Dr. Yovanof

Dr. Yovanof is great...very thorough and knowledgeable!

By far the most unprofessional and disrespectful doctor I have ever had to deal with.
