I'm extremely lucky to have found this doctors. Knowing I live 2 states away and couldn't find any help at my horrible time of need. Applegate took me in and accepted me for whom I was and helped me grow into whom I am today! 💯 I owe them my life! I wouldn't have one if it wasn't for them!

The best doctor ever they have places in Washington pa and Monroville I love them all from the staff to the doctors they really saved my life and I can’t thanks them so much ❤️

Great place to visit if your wanting to get your life together. They're very understanding and non-judgmental. All of the doctors and staff are super nice. Recommend for anyone who's is struggling with addiction or for a family member that needs help.

I sent an email to them as well but thought everyone should be aware before considering sending a loved one here!! They have a staff member who made very harsh & ignorant remarks towards a male wearing a dress on Facebook. Their own family member. If thats how they treat their own blood imagine how little compassion they would give YOUR family? that is extremely sad. Hopefully they will get her out of there. Her name is Maria.

Great place! Only one Doctor at the Washington location gave me and my friend attitude. She wasn't very nice.. Other than rhat, everything else has been great! Great service and they actually want to HELP you.

Took my girlfriend for her regular appt,were told to be there at 3 as we have a social function,was told their credit card machine didn't work, had to get cash for Dr. Visit.And now have been waiting almost an hr and a half.Consultations by law are supposed to be 30 minutes but I've observed a turn over rate of 10 minute intervals.Will be referring this to the DEA for investigation.This place is a pill mill.Getting her out of here as soon as possible to a reliable Doctor who cares more about treatment and getting her off of suboxone than profits.
