I’ve always had female OBGYN’s, this was my first man at age 47. I have to say I found him to be way more sympathetic to my issues. He explained my procedures, he truly cares about me and all his patients. I have to switch insurance providers but I will pay the extra money to see him again. He’s truly a gem here in Pittsburgh. So glad to have met him.

I saw Dr. Duggan today and had the best experience! He was very kind and patient and spent time listening to my concerns. It is obvious that he really cares. I think the world of Dr. Duggan!

Dr. Duggan has great rapport with patients. He was able to alleviate my stress about the visit right away and treated me effectively, efficiently and with obvious care. Highly recommended.

The WORST obgyn I have EVER visited. When I talk about my personal problems, they look at me strangely and make me feel very uncomfortable. Also, business hours are supposedly until 5 pm, but found out that they can't take phone calls past 4:30, you'll have to visit their office between 4:30-5 if you want to speak to anyone. I am also outraged at how hard it is to speak with a REAL human when you call the office. I had to call an "emergency" number to talk to a real human and he proceeded to hang up on me right after telling me "our phone hours aren't our business hours". An obgyn is supposed to be a place that you can trust as a whole and that is not what monroeville east suburban obgyn has done for me. I will be switching obyn's IMMEDIATELY!!!!!
