Dr. Carla was a amazing doctor and she lives in the whole time and gave me a really great antibiotics to help with my needs. She was listening the whole time and never interrupted or never rushed. I loved her and I will definitely go again.

pregnant and see dr ratesic because dr Cepeda wasn’t in she was out of town I mentioned I was having some nausea she offered and anti- nausea medicine and I at the time declined because I furthered it will pass and I hate taking medication, but the next 2 days got so bad that I called in and told them how I was so sick that I couldn’t hold down anything I had my OBGYN appointment in 4 days but was hoping they could now call the medication in they gave me the run around told me they would but never did. Thank God I did called my OBGYN because they called it in. if I would have depended on Premier medical I would have had to go to the ER and get fluids because I wasn’t holding anything down it could have put my baby’s life in jeopardy I’m not happy with this place at all I say look for the red flags because that’s how you know if they are in it for you or not.

Lacks basically medical knowledge. She prescribed my dementia ridden Grandpa medication that can be fatal when taken by people with dementia. (It says it on the bottle). Then he got sick from it so she prescribed more medications to treat his illness and they also made him sick. She just wants to make money selling pills.

If I could give this so called “doctor” negative stars I would. I have never experienced such disrespect and lack of knowledge from a “medical professional” in my life. She constantly contradicts herself which is probably attributable to her lack of listening skills. She also could care less to look more into what your symptoms are stemming from especially if she has to lift a finger to do it. She is absolutely disrespectful and has zero bedside manner. She continuously bullied my husband about his weight. Yes I said bullied because she straight up calls him FAT and says he’s gonna end up in a casket if he doesn’t lose a lot of weight. We have decided to cut ties because this is insane. I highly recommend going elsewhere preferably a doctor who didn’t receive their degree from a cereal box!

I have a patient now for over a year, I have asthma and tried for 3 days to get my medication refilled. Zero help from her Doctor's office staff. I was told 5 times someone would call me and nobody ever did. Absolutely ridiculous, I cannot breath without my meds. They ladies in the office have attitudes and are very friendly and never return your calls. My girlfriend is a patient there as well, Every single time we go to get her heart medication refilled the office never calls it in and takes us multiple calls over multiple days to get it fixed. They just don't care, the staff know there is zero accountability for their total lack of effort. It's a shame because I like the Doctor but her staff are absolutely horrible in how they treat the patients.
