List of Medexpress Urgent Care's Reviews
No wonder care was so poor! Wished I would have checked. Was there a doctor on location? Went to have throat looked at. Sent home with nothing. No meds. Throat was worst pain ever had next day. Had full blown bronchitis. Oops! Should I go back? I think not.
That’s being nice I wouldn’t even give a star. The staff is rude I have come on two different occasions and the nurse that took us back was rude and the time after that the front desk person was very rude. I work in healthcare and would never treat patients like that.
They discriminate against service dogs and require "papers" to prove a service dog that isnt real. Never coming back
Just left there. Couldn't tell me what was wrong with my xrays..took my credit card .which I never heard of...and said if my insurance don't pay for my visit .they will use my credit card...this is crazy...still don't know what's wrong with my feet..just gave me a dicsk and told me to sho it to foot dr....not happy with them at all.
I visited the Monroeville location this morning for a drug screen and a TB test. I was a little anxious about going because of the unfavorable reviews but everything went smoothly and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The staff was nice and the facility was clean.
Worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. Nurse practitioner told me that I wasted her time by coming in there instead of going to the ER. I will never go back here again. Nor will my company
First name is Ryan. I am a CDL A driver. Recently I was sent to the Mosside Blvd location in Monroeville PA for a pre employment drug screen and physical. Upon arrival I was questioned about old prescription medication that I am no longer on. I was told that it is the policy of medexpress to not do anything related to DOT physicals if still on a specific medication and if no longer on the medication a 90 day wait period and a letter from the prescriber stating when, what and suspension date of medication. Here’s the problem this specific medication is not a “disqualification” as far as the DOT regulations to be approved for a DOT medical card. The DOT has a national registry of providers that approve or deny the medical cards for the USDOT. These providers are registered to ensure the validity of drivers being safe. The providers are given a checklist of sort to follow and ensure the driver is healthy to drive on the roadways. They have certain criteria for vision, hearing, chronic medical issues, current medications etc. It is wrong for medexpress to allow their providers the discretion to decide weather a driver passes or fails the physical. The USDOT sets the perimeters not a private clinic such as medexpress. I was told that I was not gonna to pass a physical based on a medication that is not “banned” by the USDOT. I am locked into medexpress because I was given the drug screen at this location. I have a current 2 year medical card and was also given one at this same location in May of 2021. So I’m confused medexpress is not the law for CMV that’s the job of the fmcsa and the USDOT. I will be moving forward to the Morgantown WV headquarters. It’s a violation and a very serious misuse of power. I would not go to medexpress for DOT related situations.
I’ve had shorter waits in the ER. Absolute joke of a medical office with plenty of staff siting around typing away on their phones and offering the worst customer service imaginable. I wouldn’t return to this place if I was dying and they were the only place on earth.
STAFF VERY RUDE! They may need a script on how to speak to people that are in pain or having a concern. To be a medical staff, working for the people but shows no empathy. I understand it may have been 15 minutes before closing time but it’s a sad day when people don’t know how to truly speak to people. Why would I come to medexpress for chest pains to JUST BE SENT TO THE HOSPITAL. I will never go there again. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
