List of One Monroeville Center's Reviews
The one in Monroeville, PA tries to FORCE you to see a nurse practitioner. Sorry, but they're not doctors. I have good insurance, and shouldn't have to pay to see a nurse. The receptionist told me NONE of the doctors at Premier Medical at this location is accepting new patients. Whaat?? Why are they there then? Ridiculous and useless location.
By all means go here if you want to rip off your insurance and pay through the nose on what’s left. I had heart palpitations - these jokers signed me up for 5 different appointments after the initial where all the doctor did was check my pulse and talk to me. 1 appt for a heart monitor, get blood drawn somewhere else separately, one appt for a stress test, one appt for an EKG, and a follow up a month later. I had deep chest pains before this appt and a possible heart attack but they can’t see me until a month later because they need to bill my insurance 4 other times first. NO THANK YOU!
Had an apptmt w. Dr Emma Foy, a follow-up from an ER visit (steep hill+slick mud+hard rocks+gravity+bouncey, roll, bouncey, bouncey=torn bicep one side, partial disloc shoulder the other side, hip/elbow/knee pain and a long painful walk back to the vehicle). I had developed a great opinion of the guys at this Premier Medical location (3824 Northern Pike, Suite 200) after seeing Dr Corey Toocheck, having him as my first PCP in a long time. I don't like going to doctors, admitting pain, etc.. so I didn't have a PCP for quite a while. Every time I've gone to this location they've been great. Dr Foy was no exception. Fast, friendly, efficient, actually listened and seemed to genuinely care about me as a patient unlike some other doctors in different locations I'd seen in the past who seemed to just pay lip service to patients, considering us walking wallets. At this point I'm not going to avoid a visit to a dr at Premier if I need to go. The treatment I've received has convinced me that admitting pain and weakness isn't bad because here at this location if I'm honest with them about what hurts, and the level of pain, they'll do their best to try to fix it. This is the kind of place that builds a strong bond between patient and staff, again because they seem to genuinely care and genuinely want to help.
i have gone here for many years. used to be top notch. today I go there because I really need medical care. having many issues with breathing & passing out among the symptoms. wore the demanded face mask, but under my nose so I don't pass out. doctor came in, demanded I pull it up, reached out to help me "put it on correctly " when I told him I couldn't breathe & had a medical condition & disability protected under federal ADA laws, he said I will not treat you unless your face is covered!!! this is no medical facility. they don't care. they don't even understand the basics of medical treatment, how to care with compassion, how to follow the actual law, or even understand true science of diseases, immunity or how it's spread. if this is medical care, then I don't need it. I'll enjoy watching them go bankrupt.
I have never in my life had a doctor judge me about my weight making feel even more worse about myself which is utterly disgusting, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even my loved ones. P.S. There’s a difference between helping somebody vs hurting somebody.
Clean and in good shape.
Convenient location, many doctors and labs in one location.
This is a medical office building. Plenty of parking,
Ignore elderly patients when they want support around having COVID-19. Got back to my mom 6 days later outside of the infusion window. Told her she wasn’t ‘priority’.
I’ve been a patient of this practice since the beginning. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! 30+ years

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
