Premier Medical Associates's Online Review Report Card

1. I complained of testicular pain and saw PA Amanda Coutour. She never examined the area, wrote a script for an ultrasound for the wrong area, which meant I paid for an ultrasound I didn't need. And I had to go back for a new script. 2. Saw Dr. Toocheck the second time. He wrote a script but it didn't have the correct info on it either. While at radiology, I had to call Premier back and coordinate between radiology and Premier because Premier wasn't answering radiology. Took an hour. 3. When I finally saw my PCP for my annual checkup, Dr. Jana was unapologetic and unempathic for my financial and time troubles with Toocheck and Coutour who are his colleagues. I complained of testicular discomfort and he belittled my concern, stating it was a small cyst. When I noted it could have grown, he scoffed. 4. This is all after a secretary made me schedule a mid-year follow up for another matter, and when I came in Jana apologized, said I didn't need to be there, yet I was still billed. I'll be getting a new PCP in a new group. While I was there for my annual checkup I overheard two other patients grumbling and complaining about PRemier. Don't go there. Incompetent and they lack empathy.

Went there with a single medical question. Asked them to test for the medical question i had. They stated ok and asked if they could run other tests as well. I stated fine. They ran every test except the single one i went there for. They failed. They also never called me to discuss the results of the tests they actually ran. When i asked to speak with the doctor she blamed me for her incompetence and then hung up on me. Last i checked im not a medical profession. There should be a zero star option.

I have showed up to multiple appointments only to find out that either my appointment was cancelled or that I could not be seen. For example, I scheduled my annual appointment after receiving multiple phone calls letting me know my annual was due, only to show up to the appointment to find out I was not eligible for my annual until the end of the month. I don’t understand how they could let you schedule an annual if you were not eligible for an annual yet. I was told I was going to be charged my copay for a follow up appointment even though it was their mistake. I will never go back to this office.

Wouldn't see me when I was sick the little blonde girl at the front was the most uncaring rude person I have ever had the privilege to encounter. Sorry I've works reception in a Physicians office you don't treat people the way I was treated .

Honestly Dr. Wilhelm is the absolute worst Doctor I've ever had in my life. I went to see her about 7 years ago with extreme abdominal pain every day, she told me I had acid reflux and needed to stop smoking cigarettes... it took about 3 more YEARS to find a doctor that actually knew what they were talking about, and i was diagnosed with an incurable condition called Endometriosis. When I told my specialist what Dr. Wilhelm had said, she looked at me in pure disgust because she couldn't even believe that's what she said. That woman does not care about anyones health, she will blame everything on cigarettes, even when your symptoms have nothing to do with smoking. You are just another wad of cash to her. And FYI I quit smoking, and i still have endometriosis!!!!!

Had painful hands for a couple weeks and a PA took the lazy way out and said it was dry weather. No real exam or labs at all. Wouldn't recommend

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They wanted to give me a virtual visit for tonsillitis, that was confirmed in the hospital, because I have a sore throat. How is a virtual visit supposed to tell if the antibiotics are working? They were also extremely rude to me, and huge fuss because I don't have insurance. Don't waste your time with this place.

I’m in extreme pain. I’ve been waiting for strep results since 3:30 the day before. Can barley open my jaw, my ear hurts so bad, and I can barely breath from how bad my throat hurts. When I call I can’t get a hold of anyone. Just go to medexpress. Save yourself from the complete incompetence of this office.

Be prepared to wait awhile (time wise) but, the wait is more than worth it if you are seeing dr Wilhelm. Very caring and kind doctor who took time and effort to address my issues and help resolve them
