Very friendly family practice. Been going here for over a decade and have had great service every time. They're great at getting me in when I'm sick or have something urgent to ask about. They are now in AHN and use My Chart which helps to keep the patient info in one place. Highly recommend!

I’m back to once again explain how awful this office is. Anytime I speak to any of the medical assistants on the phone they are rude. EVERYTIME my prescriptions need refilled there’s an issue. I had to call to get them to upload my urine screen so my doctor could send a prescription because even though it was already in MyChart, the medical assistants hadn’t sent it to my doctor to be reviewed. Not sure how long I’d wait if I hadn’t called. Sharon and Jessica are particularly rude, and they really shouldn’t be involved in customer interactions. I continue to go just because my PCP is wonderful but until I can convince her to go elsewhere this is what I deal with.

Whenever I call during listed office hours95% of time I gets transfered to a 3rd party who takes message. And it takes most of the day for someone to get back to me, if at all! Virtually impossible to actualy get someone at this office!

Dr Salah is through, listens to your issues/ good listener and he is very seldom wrong in his diagnosis. He makes cautious and concise recommendations. Been coming here since 2006. Very happy with Premier!

Last couple times I’ve gone to my doctor here everything was quick and efficient. Went to my last appointment was here 15 minutes ahead of my appointment and took time off work . My appointment was at 4 . I arrive at 3:45 . I’ve been coming here 10 + years . They needed all my Info again ?? They said we got a new system ?? Why would they not have had that transferred . Then I finally get called back at 4:20 only to sit in the room over an hour !!!!! Not one person comes in to tell me they are running behind . I left. Had to go back to work . It’s a shame healthcare is this bad now I have to wait 2 weeks to get rescheduled.

I can’t have more blood tests next Years 2022. Can’t doing even more blood test work on me too next year. I Change my doctor .going to excela Health doctor .my gateway health says can’t have more next year 2022 .blood testing thanks you guys going to my new doctor in fall 👩⚕️
