List of Rajiv Jana's Reviews
Had Dr. Joann Byers for some years, she was good. She retired, I was transferred to Jana. I've seen him for a year and his help with achilles has been minimal - something I just have to deal with the rest of my life, according to him. I had pain and had to see PA Coutour, who then wrote the wrong script (something I would not know - scrotal hernia vs femoral hernia), I had to get a second appointment with another Dr and a second ultrasound. STill having pain when I saw Jana for my physical a month later. Jana was unapologetic and unempathic for my financial and time troubles with Toocheck and Coutour who are his colleagues. I complained of testicular discomfort and he belittled my concern, stating it was a small cyst. When I noted it could have grown, he scoffed. This is all after a secretary made me schedule a mid-year follow up for another matter, and when I came in Jana apologized, said I didn't need to be there, yet I was still billed. I am going to find a new PCP and new office.

He has a good bedside manner. He is professional and personable. He seems to really care about me as a patient. He explains things so they are easy to understand. I really like him as my Pcp.
Seemed Knowledgeable, but not personable.
Dr. Jana is a fine doctor. Knowledgeable and thorough. Appointments never feel rushed. I regret that others didn't have as good of an experience with him.
Horrible office staff, no empathy, no caring, lost important , Danielle , CMA, lost paperwork that needed to be filled out for my mother to receive assistance to pay for her heart medication. They don’t take any responsibility and they just don’t care. My mom has been a been a patient there for decades. I will be finding a new doctors office that actually cares about the wellbeing of their patients.
Good doctor, knows what he's talking about and listens to you. He's also charismatic and funny.
I had a good experience with this doctor and the staff. They are nice and efficient. Dr. Jana does care about patients. He tells you the truth about your condition and he does follow up with you. I didn’t give him 5 stars because he isn’t available after hours and some doctors will go beyond their “officer hours” to reply to a request.
He is not sympathetic towards patients , his office staff is horrible to deal with . They will not listen nor accommodate any genuine requests . He does not bother to follow up even if you go to him after visiting ER
This doctor needs training on bedside manner. He acts as though he doesn’t want to touch or examine a person. If you don’t like touching people during an exam, wear gloves. Other doctors at Premier Medical stand closer to you when they want to examine you. Plus, I’m not confident in his medical advice sometime. It’s almost as if he doesn’t have time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
