List of Rajiv Jana's Reviews
Dr. Jana is a fine doctor. Knowledgeable and thorough. Appointments never feel rushed. I regret that others didn't have as good of an experience with him.
Horrible office staff, no empathy, no caring, lost important , Danielle , CMA, lost paperwork that needed to be filled out for my mother to receive assistance to pay for her heart medication. They don’t take any responsibility and they just don’t care. My mom has been a been a patient there for decades. I will be finding a new doctors office that actually cares about the wellbeing of their patients.
Good doctor, knows what he's talking about and listens to you. He's also charismatic and funny.
I had a good experience with this doctor and the staff. They are nice and efficient. Dr. Jana does care about patients. He tells you the truth about your condition and he does follow up with you. I didn’t give him 5 stars because he isn’t available after hours and some doctors will go beyond their “officer hours” to reply to a request.
He is not sympathetic towards patients , his office staff is horrible to deal with . They will not listen nor accommodate any genuine requests . He does not bother to follow up even if you go to him after visiting ER
This doctor needs training on bedside manner. He acts as though he doesn’t want to touch or examine a person. If you don’t like touching people during an exam, wear gloves. Other doctors at Premier Medical stand closer to you when they want to examine you. Plus, I’m not confident in his medical advice sometime. It’s almost as if he doesn’t have time.
dr. Jana was the best help. he gave me great advice about what my health was like and how to treat it. he helped me get rid of my addictions and habits. i really thing you all should go see him. all the bad reviews was probably because they were mad because he didn’t give them medicine that they don’t need.
The few times I saw this "physician" were extremely negative experiences. He told me at one visit that there was nothing wrong with me from the neck down and at another visit he accused me of trying to get into a cabinet looking for medicines because I was standing (because of back pain) when he came into the room. I have since been diagnosed by a wonderful internal medicine doctor with a very serious autoimmune illness that was never even considered by this group of doctors. Go elsewhere
I really wish I read reviews before scheduling a new-patient appointment with him. Instead of recognizing progress I had made to become healthier, he made sure to point all of the things I was still doing wrong. He also dismissed my concerns of depression and anxiety, stating that if they weren't that bad at the moment, I should come back to him when they are.
I have been complaining of severe leg pain for over a year and made to feel like I was faking to stay off on disability. On 10/21/16 I was diagnosed with multiple blood clots in both lungs and told they have been there for a while. I could have died, was told to go back to work with multiple blood clots and lung capacity at 60%. I stayed with this doctor way to long and could have died in the process. Will never go back here again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
