5 hour wait for a CT scan. Employees having inappropriate conversations and one nurse talked bad about a PT not knowing the family was there. FINALLY to top it all off Dr. Anuj Khandhar provided me with what I’d like to say the worst experience ever with a doctor. Blatantly refused to explain next steps in treatment personally and referred me to my PCP for further explanation

This is the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. My sister had broken fingers and we sat in the waiting room for over 5 hours while she was in so much pain, she was sobbing, bleeding, and hyperventilating. The pain was so unbearable she almost passed out. They refused to let her have water and they would not give her any pain meds. How are you going to let someone with BROKEN fingers sit in pain for HOURS? Once she was taken back she cried and asked for Advil, anything to help and they left her sitting there for another hour and a half! Can you imagine the trauma of sitting in pain with broken fingers for almost 7 hours?

Worst experience ever! Went in for a ct due to a head injury sat with a concussion for 14 hours to be seen for 10 minutes, a ton of people left after sitting for hours no one could give an estimate on a timeline, we saw at least 10 people get discharged and sat for another 4 hours with NO ONE getting taken back till the morning shift came in and started getting people in and out. None of the oxygen tanks were filled so there was a constant beeping of them being empty with a few patience sitting around waiting for air! 0 stars!

This hospital is by far one of the worst! Contracted MRSA while here They will never take fault, but it happened! The IV site they left hang there for days became infected with MRSA & they still pushed us out the door. Beyond disgusting! UPMC shadyside or Presbyterian are better hospitals. Go out of your way to AVOID THIS ONE!!

The cafeteria ladies (to be more specific.... ERIN& HEATHER) Have been so nice to my husband I. We are stuck for a few more days and them two have helped us with food and have not looked down at us . That's what beautiful people are about. Thank You so much.
