This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I go in crying In pain, told I have an infection , obviously no concern to give antibiotics and now woke up this morning swollen so bad I can barely speak. In so much pain. Horrible

I had reached out several times to get a phone call from Dr. West and I do not know if she ever received the message from the staff, but I had not received a call back to answer my question of a problem my wife was having. She was also a patient at this practice. So after a personal request, a phone call and an e-mail with no results I have found another dentist.

Everyone at this practice was kind and very professional. It’s a fun, relaxed atmosphere and the office is really clean. Amber is especially friendly, funny, and efficient. She was really informative during my consult!

Dr. Kurtzman is a very good dentist and he provided great dental care. I have no complaints against the actual dental work.However I have a problem with the admin office. I had a very simple wisdom tooth extraction. My insurance information was checked out and I was told to pay a relatively small amount per extracted tooth that insurance would not cover. I paid this outright. I was told that the remaining charges would be covered. After a couple of months I received a large bill that I need to pay. Why did admin/front desk not clarify this in advance? I would have worked it out ahead of time with my insurance before making a booking. It was not a complicated procedure that insurance coverage would be vague. I should have been informed ahead of time.

I came here because my previous dentist wasn't covered by my dental insurance. Dr. Dubin found some problems that had been missed by my previous dentist, and he can make a crown or overlay on the same day with equipment in the office. His special camera is very good for finding hidden problems. My first Novocaine injection here was the very least painful one I've ever had. The dental assistant, Jamie, is very knowledgeable and friendly. All in all, a good experience.

I have been to Dental Innovations 3 times already and it was a wonderful experience everytime. This place is a one stop shop, they do most everything you can think of. I will be going back for my orthodontic treatment. I cant rave enough. They are professional and friendly. I love Dr. Dubin and his staff. Dr. Dubin and Laurie worked on me today. The Dentist from Marathon man has more compassion and charm than Dr Vener, I wouldn't recommend him, He was arrogant and mean

I've been going to Dental Innovations for a few years and I will not go back after a recent incident. At every visit they hounded me to get a night guard b/c I grind at night, but they are $400. Finally I agreed, but they never told me that it would feel like a piece of concrete in your mouth, that you can't close your mouth with it in and that it was not refundable. I tried it and could not sleep so I went back and told them, which is when the assistant finally told me "yeah, a lot of people can't tolerate it which is a shame b/c it's so expensive'. Again- something I should have been told. They made another mold and tried for a 'thinner' version, which was exactly the same. I complained to the manager that I was not informed fully of the purchase, and was not happy with this, and she (after rolling her eyes and making a face when she thought I wasn't looking) told me the branch manager would call me b/c she is the only one who could do something. That was a month ago. I have called back twice and keep getting ignored. This place is like the Burger King of dentistry- they want you in, push you through service. upsell you and then want you out.

Very disappointed. They wrote up a treatment plan along with a cost breakdown of what each visit would cost. Before I started treatment I asked twice if all the finances were ok. After the first procedure, which I was very pleased, I asked if we were still good with the costs. I was assured we were and told I worried to much. Just before my second procedure I asked if the treatment plan was still good. They then told me the plan was missing any restoration cost! This would be an additional $2900.00 per tooth. Meaning my cost would be $11,600.00 more than my original treatment stated. First it was called a mistake, then it was called a clerical error, and finally it was called a miscommunication! I call it something else. A week later they called me to say they felt bad about the miscommunication and offered to take 10% off the next treatment. Wow, I only have to pay $11,310.00 more than expected. Now I’m not sure what I’m going to do. I do know that I will not pay $11,300.00 for someone’s mistake. Very disappointed.
