Recently I asked PFC to forwarded medical records to another facility outside their network. I explained to them the time sensitivity involved. They told me it took time to photocopy the records and mail them out. In this day and age, WHY are they still photocopying records and snail mailing them. This new " doctor " is HORRIBLE if you wish to live and have quality care AVOID at all costs Muller he is full of hate and blame. Doesn't listen to your concerns. When you say that you don't mesh and would like to have a different provider they throw you out , and will not admit that it may have been haste, they say that their doctors are god and they have the attitudes to prove it. When you question a change in your care the "provider(s) " go on the defensive and become downright nasty and accuse the pt of everything from mental issues to being nuts yes in those words . Once they kick you out if you can't get in to a new provider due to covid for beyond a month and you are on meds you are stuck! New providers local are inundated by patients fleeing this creep . Take heed if you love your family and want the best care for yourself and family RUN like your life depends on it because it does ! They will abandon you to the actual definition of patient abandonment. RUN and take your loved ones with you PLEASE !
