This is the worst care I've received in a while. Doctors assistance lying and refusing to notate my records when requested, and laughing at me for being in pain, refusal to allow me to discuss with any higher ups. Absolutely disgusting treatment as a patient, after I'd already been told the work I'd been needed had been written up as a referral.

I would give her a zero. This doctor is cold and not personable at all. She doesn't even ask me how I am. She makes NO comments about good things I am doing to improve my health. Things that I have worked hard for and am very proud of. I feel as though she doesn't even see me or hear me. She just makes negative comments and I feel tremendous anxiety being in the room with her. If I was seriously sick I would not feel confident at all with her being "in charge" of my care. I WOULD NOT FEEL SAFE WITH HER. I will never go back to her again. I would rather have no doctor than her. It is time for her to retire.

Very negative. Never asks you anything about what kind of work you do. Never asks you how you feel but jumps right into negative criticisms as she looks at her computer. I feel like I mean nothing to her. Very cold and impersonal. Does not give you any credit for your health improvement achievements that you have worked hard for. I have no confidence in her anymore.

AWFUL Doctor , She never listed had an anwser for everything you said and was wrong.I changed pcp in march2021. Good thing I Quit going to Dr.E Ruberg. never sent me for all the tests. I needed if I still was going to her ,Isoon would be dead

Worst service in the world there nice but when u call to get a prescription filled or talk to someone they pick up the phone can hear them in the back ground but hang up the phone 15 times now I have to ride over 40 mins away just to go in there and have them fax my prescriptions over

The staff is rude. I asked three different times for results from blood work. I was told that Dr. Harmasch would give them to me when she had time, it simply wasn't a priority. I was also told that my knee injury was just a sprain. I later find out I tore my ACL from an MRI.

I originally went to Elizabeth Ann Ruberg aprox 20 years ago through a referral of a friend telling me she is the best Dr. around. I worked close by at the time so I gave their office a try. She definitely is the best Dr. I have been to, so much so that I live in the South Hills and travel an hour each way for my appointments. She takes the time to listen and educate you on your health problems and does everything she can to help.
