Cannot reach them on the phone to schedule a sick appointment.. I even called the UPMC appt line and she couldn’t get ahold of them either. My kids go to Medexpress when they’re sick because their pediatrician can’t be reached. Switching to an office that can actually answer the phone.

You will be discriminated against based on religion and personal beliefs. They refuse patients based on religious and personal beliefs.

I had a 5 month old who was experiencing some issues I was concerned about. I tried to call 10+ times and no one ever answered. I left a voicemail for a return call and no one even bothered to call me back. BUT you can call me after getting a records release from a new doctor to ask if I want to cancel an upcoming appointment. You can call me when it’s gonna effect your revenue and your schedule. This place could care less about your children don’t bother.

We were 7 mins late for my 9 month old appointment and been told by the nursery we have to reschedule since we were late. Although I have told the person who was calling ahead to confirm our arrival that we are doing a diaper change right in the parking lot and will be couple minutes late. It’s hard to be EXACTLY on time with an infant but the staff shows no understanding about the situation.

We could not be happier with the service provided here. The entire staff is so kind and responsive. All Doctors and Nurses we have seen have been nothing but amazing.

I hate CCP moon in general. I’ve been taking my daughter here for over a year now and rarely do we have a good experience. Recently, my daughter got a UTI and I had to jump through hoops to get her an antibiotic prescribed. She had a 104 degree fever and extreme lethargy for 3 days straight. When I asked if they could use a clean catch urine bag instead of a catheter, I was told no. When I went to Express Care instead of CCP, they had no problem with my request - she was diagnosed with a bad UTI and prescribed antibiotics…but it doesn’t end there. Our pharmacy was out of her prescription so I made the mistake of calling CCP to see if they could send it to a different pharmacy. I was then told that one of their doctors would need to sign off on it first. When they called me back, I was told that the doctor (WHO DIDN’T EVEN EXAMINE HER IN THE OFFICE) changed her prescription to something else instead of signing off on the original one that was prescribed by the doctor who DID see her in the office. Most of the doctors and staff at this office are very rude and unprofessional…not to mention it takes hours to get ahold of them on the phone.

I have tried to no avail to schedule sick appointments for my children. No one wants to answer the phones so you can make an appointment yet the office takes a 2 hour lunch daily. Unacceptable behavior for a pediatricians' office.

Do not recommend that location at all if you care a lot about your child

I took my Grandson in today. I love Dr. Steven he is fantastic! But the woman Chris that checked me out was so rude I couldn’t believe my ears! She said we never filled out the paperwork so I can take him if my daughter has to work. We filled it out 2 times and handed it in at the check in desk. She also yelled at my Grandson he will be 2 in January because he touched her pen. Then I had to ask her for the Doctors Summary notes. When she gave me the paperwork so I can bring him she made sure she gave me two forms and wrote example peg and circled it with red pen. I asked for her name and she said real loud I know your name too it’s Peggy. Really! If she doesn’t like dealing with the public or kids get a different job. We will be seeing Dr. Steven in Wexford from now on I can’t deal with rudeness and unprofessional behavior.

Avoid this practice AT ALL COSTS! It takes hours to get through to them on the phone. They don’t refill medications quickly enough to avoid withdrawals and who has time to spend two hours waiting to make an appointment or request a refill? It’s been this awful for years. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE.
