I didn't really get a positive personal connection with Dr. Keener. He did his job, fast, I felt rushed to ask questions. At times I felt he wasn't taking the time to listen. I prefer a warmer, caring demeanor who makes sure you fully understand everything without overly rushing. I know they trying to help a lot of people, but this is my take-a-way feeling.

Not really impressed, won't be going back, although his office staff are all wonderful. I will take the long drive and stick with my Dr in Hershey. He implied my pain level wasn't appropriate for what he saw on the x rays and I should feel better soon if I tried some therapy and a brace. I've been told I have an unhealthy high tolerance for pain. I wouldn't have been there if I wasn't at my final straw with this.

I saw Dr. Keener as a follow up to a wrist issue. He examined the wrist and offered a cortisone injection. It was a quick procedure with very little pain involved. Because the injection also contained lidocaine, there was little, if any, post injection pain. I haven’t had this type of injection before and was extremely pleased with how things went.

Dr Keener was extremely warm and sensitive when treating me for my hand. He took time to discuss what would be done when operating. I would absolutely recommend Dr Keener.

Dr Keener was thorough in his explanation of the issue I was having with my elbow. He identified my issue within minutes and then took the time to go over all the treatments available and what ones he recommended, with it solely being my option. He was right on time; I didn't even have a chance to fill out all my paperwork before I was sitting in front of him. Very professional. I would definitely recommend Dr Keener.
