Danielle no longer works there. So all the refills on my prescriptions were canceled and I wasn't notified. Recently I asked PFC to forwarded medical records to another facility outside their network. I explained to them the time sensitivity involved. They told me it took time to photocopy the records and mail them out. In this day and age, WHY are they still photocopying records and snail mailing them. My entire family goes here. He has helped me and my husband and he treats my kids amazingly! I love the fact that they call if I miss an appointment and they are always willing to "fit me in" when we don't have one. Quick and great service from the staff/nurses and the doc.

Have been waiting over an hour to see the doctor. Nurses unprofessional, and doctors are rude and try to cut you off while explaining the problem.
