I've been going to Dr Yordy as long as he's been in that office and have never had a complaint. His office people are always people are polite, friendly and helpful.

Doctor Yordy and his team is freaking amazingly amazing. They listen to your concerns and they do not judge you also they are very speedy and accurate with their services. I have called for emergency appointments for me, my children and fiancé and they made availability like it was magic from the air. They do not rush you when your undecided and/or confused on medical issues, procedures, specialists, medications, etc. they understand your body your choice, but still follow their protocol- as they should. They also refer you to other great specialists and general doctors.

Danielle no longer works there. So all the refills on my prescriptions were canceled and I wasn't notified. Recently I asked PFC to forwarded medical records to another facility outside their network. I explained to them the time sensitivity involved. They told me it took time to photocopy the records and mail them out. In this day and age, WHY are they still photocopying records and snail mailing them.
