I have to argue the words of others who are saying this office doesn't care about their patient's or the staff is rude. Bethany takes care of my entire family and does an excellent job. She's saved my life, when the hospital dropped the ball. Dr. Yordy is also very caring and empathetic to his patients. As a mom, it's important to me that my family is treated with kindness especially when walking into their Doctor's office. Their staff are respectful and I couldn't ask for better people to be on my Healthcare team.

When these doctors were independent it was a family. When it turned over to Family Practice Center it turned into a money making business. When you start treating your patients like cattle and numbers this is wrong.

Dr. Yordy listens to his patients concerns and does what he can do to help them. I would highly recommend going to him.

The office manager is very rude and unprofessional. This made the office visit very unpleasant even with Dr. Yordy being caring. You are only as good as your staff that greets the patients.
