Last year my friend recommended this place and to see Kim when I needed glasses. I already had a prescription. Kim helped me find exactly what I was looking for, gave me lots of information that was helpful to me and was so pleasant. She didn't rush me a I was looking at a lot of frames & kept bringing more out for me to look at. She gave me honest opinions and that helped. I went there again this year & asked for Kim's help. Again pleasant as ever and so helpful. I like to patronize local businesses. I would suggest a raise for her and as a good gesture a pizza for lunch! She is the reason I went to your business this year. Good help is hard to find!

My wife and I have both used Ives EyeCare, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly focused on patient care. Scheduling was simple, the staff was welcoming, and each visit was thorough and comfortable. We’ve both had excellent experiences and will continue to use Ives EyeCare in the future. All the staff is very respectful and gentle, no matter what mood do you go in this office, you come out happy and relaxed. Very helpful and patient staff for selecting glasses and budgeting them according to your wishes.

Highly recommend, everyone from the front desk to the doctor was great. It was my first appointment at Ives and I was treated like I had been seeing them for years. I had my appointment with Dr. Tessa Ives, one of my best interactions with a doctor in a long time. Everything explained in detail and questions answered.
