Terrible doctor. Don't even bother going to her. Can't get an appointment to see her , and if you finally can she gives you orders and never follows up. You call the office leave a message and 5 days go by. You go there to get answers and they give you the run around. The doctor Doesn't even have the decency to come out and talk to you even though she's there. They throw you off to another doctor but don't tell you why. I will never go there again. Very unprofessional.

Extremely ignorant, rude, and unprofessional front desk lady named Diane and phlebotomist named Taylor. Both had very bad attitudes and threw their morals and code of ethics out the window I guess when they decided to come to work today on august 9th 2021 at the Nanticoke location. Giving patients a hard time and attitudes with rude comments and ignorant deliverances with the words they chose to speak, including to an elderly man who came in with an oxygen tank that kept apologizing because he couldn’t hear and had a hard time talking and breathing so he needed to sit down and was being yelled at to come to the desk to answer questions by the staff. Having worked prior in the healthcare field I know first hand how you are and you are not supposed to interact with PATIENTS and I would never recommend or suggest anyone attend this location for services until they rectify the issues with their staff. They made it clear they were unhappy with doctors and hospitals not making it clear that appointments are “required “ for their services but funny thing is that online and according to geisinger representatives we spoke to stated it’s highly recommended but not required due to covid. Due to the rude and unprofessional interactions a new phlebotomist was requested and it was denied even though the patient made it clear they were not comfortable having the services done with the state of mind, attitude , and unprofessional behaviors coming from the staff.

No stars,my mother never had issues with her doc since he moved into this facility ,,she calls numerous times ,never a call back from doctor or anyone from this office ,she gets no call back on results/no call back ever ,,currently looking/finding her a new doctor ,one who has the time ,one who doesn't ignore issues ,important issues ,

Dr. Werner is a great doctor and a nice person. She is very knowledgeable and listens to you. However, getting her or her office staff to respond to you is like pulling teeth. Multiple times I would have to contact a facility on my own to get lab reports, as staff would reply to me in circles or not at all. I wish I could give her a better review.
