I started going to Thalia Medical Center 1.5 years ago when I was fresh out of rehab. I was in a sober living community at the time. It has been two years now and I own my own home, have a great job and am tapering off of sublocade. To say the treatment has been effective is an understatement. I just received my last shot, which is a quarter dose, and I feel great. I could not imagine going through withdrawal after being sober for two years. Thanks to this place and the medication, I will never have to feel the pain of withdrawal again. And I got my life together. I have a great job and own a house! Thank you for changing my life forever.

Absolutely awful patient care, driven by money and nothing else. Do not use this service unless you want thousands of dollars in bills and unauthorized charges. Dr Aviva will walk Over your grave to get the next payment. She should lose her license for lac of ethics.

Aviva Fohrer is without question the best addictive medical physician in the region. She is now getting me off a benzodiazepine. A drug very hard to get off. She is compassionate, empathetic, and extremely effective. If you need help see her.
