Dr. Bissell is great. I've been going here a while now and am always happy coming here. He helped me through a bad cornea scratch years ago and did a great job with it. Whether I need glasses, contacts or appointments they are great to work with.

The people are so nice and helpful. They take the time to make sure you are satisfied with your eyeglass choice, and they make sure the eyeglasses fit perfectly! The doctor was very thorough.

My son is out of his contacts and I called to see if they had some samples that he could get til I could.pick his up on Thursday when I got paid and they didn't have any. Said if I had a check they could give me his.contacts and they could cash the check Thursday. I never use checks anymore.only have my debit card which I told them I could give them the card information and they cod charge it on Thurs, jist if they could give.me 4 days out of his cuz he has no contacts and his glasses are broken and they said no. I've been going there for several yes and this is very disappointing. So my kid can't see in school or wrestling for 4 days...very upsetting. I am adding to this review to say just how Amazing Dr. BISSELL IS. AT 6PM this evening , he called.me about the situation that took place today. He not only called me after a long day at the office, he is allowing me to come to the office to pick up a few days of contacts for Cruz to get him through until I can get them all picked up on Thursday. He apologized for the way things happenned but also explained how they have been taken advantage of at times when they have tried to help others out. This is why we have gone to them for several years because they really do care about their patients and their patients just aren't another number. DR. BISSELL Thank you so much for helping us out during this time. We appreciate you so very much. You are the best

I've been to Bissell eye care twice now. Im 53 years old and ive never felt more comfortable with a Doctor and his performance in my life. Classy, caring and just so down to earth. Thank you Dr. John Bissell for making today's experience heart warming and professional. Not to mention top notch as well. This guy cares and takes his time showing it. I'd tell everybody to go here.

Dr Long is worth the price of admission, she’s intelligent, great bed side manners, super friendly, and answers all questions thoroughly. Her assistant Ashley exuded an Above and Beyond persona-very cheerful and treated me with such kindness. Highly recommend Dr Nicole Long for all your eye care needs……. I received a very detailed checkup!
