This thos likes turning in first time moms with a child the his thriving issues and chewing issues documented by on home works yet the still threaten cys and hospital stays without hearing the team that's in place and working with the parents and child it's ridiculous they don't even deserve one star and there receptionist are so babyfied it's not even funny they don't even deserve one star
This office is amazing! We have been going to this office since we moved here about 3 years ago. Every single staff member has been kind, informative, and helpful in every instance we have needed anything. Highly recommend.
There are a few very kind workers in this office, but I would not recommend taking your children here.
I've been with this office for decades. This was my family's pediatrician, and now it is my son's. It was an absolutely wonderful practice for all those years. Now? I don't know what's going on, but the pharmacy can call them multiple times over 4 hours for a prescription substitution, and the desk ignored their calls. You can call the nurses line and get the answering machine every time, and they're not going to call back. When I called the scheduling line out of desperation, the woman was snappy and rude and unsympathetic in every sense of the term. They sent out a message to the nurse practitioner, so I said "Okay, we'll wait on that then" and got background noise followed by the call ending abruptly. No confirmation of plan, no goodbye, no care for the health of a SEVEN YEAR OLD. Antibiotics. My son needs antibiotics. We were told very specifically that the pharmacy may be out of amoxicillin, so to call back if that is the case. That is what we did. This treatment was absolutely abhorrent. Update: My son's appointment was at 11:30. CCP called me back to say that they finally called in the prescription *literally 6 hours* after the appointment. I understand that a sinus infection might not be at the top of your priorities, but it's absolutely horrible to see your child cry because their cough is getting worse and regular OTC medicine isn't working. You're supposed to take the antibiotic twice a day, but CCP didn't care enough to ensure that my child even felt better by bedtime. Missed another day of school and felt better around 2 pm.....which tells me that if CCP did their job, he would have felt better upon waking up. CARE ABOUT YOUR PATIENTS. I grew up loving Doctor Zove.......My child can't even keep track of who the heck is seeing him at this office. Absolutely dreadful for a group of people that deals with children.
My daughter had an appt that we were running late to so I called and told them we’d be late & they said get there as soon as possible. When we got there the doctor would not see my daughter even though she was standing right in front of them sick. But ever since we moved there from the Harmarville location, there hasn’t been a time we haven’t had a problem with them!
So I called this place about setting up a well visit for my child and they told me that well visits are only scheduled out three months in advance… which I found strange. But then they proceeded to tell me a sick visit can be called in and you will be seen next day. So is the place a emergency room or dr office? It’s all about charging insurance company $$$$ if your child is sick you can take it to an urgent care also. But now she recommended I take my child to the urgent care for a well visit.. doesn’t make sense. This place isn’t about children it about the Money!!!!
This place is a joke all they care about is money they called cyf on me for my 2 year old not coming to an appt yet she was in the office with me when I take my 2 month old too his appts. All they care about is money, luckily my aunt is an attorney and that doctor is gonna wish he never did. The cyf lady came to my house and didn't understand why she was their in the first place. Caused unnecessary stress on me and my children and my family as me and my fiance both work over 40 hours a week and my child is well taken care of. Finding a new pediatrician ASAP.
My 2 children are patients at CCP for the past 7 years. Love all the perks of CCP; same day appts, nurses line and after hours triage line. My children has been seen by the same doctor since we started which is wonderful! I would extremely recommend this pediatrician!!
I am very disappointed in the lack of concern and decency of this medical office or should I just call it a business? I called attempting to get my 3 year old son a covid test after his exposure last Friday. I spoke to someone and got hung up on. I called back and of course everyone goes to lunch at the same time in that office for some reason. I called back multiple times after the lunch hour should have been over no answer, I left a voicemail. Called again spoke with someone and was promised I would get a call back, never did. The next day, saturday, I called again and spoke with someone who seemed apologetic and got a televisit. My son was granted his test. He was tested on Wednesday and I received positive results this morning. I woke up to your company calling my phone, I went to answer it the call was already over no voicemail. I then checked my MyChart and saw my son had tested positive. It's now 6:22 p.m. and I've received no phone calls from your business. Luckily I'm not as irresponsible as this business and I checked the MyChart and kept my son from going to preschool and the homecoming parade today. I will find a pediatrician that has decency and compassion for all of their patients.
Our son wasn't guaranteed to see the same doctor twice. They treat your baby like a number on an assembly line. They also like money here, so they're not opposed to strongarming you to get your business—they actually called Child Welfare Services because I rescheduled my child's appointment twice in a row (our case was ruled unfounded).

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
