Worst experience ever. Doesn't deserve one star. Went for symptoms of pneumonia and believe the nurse assistant deliberately pulled my shoulder muscle during chest xray

Everybody was nice, respectful, understanding, and helpful here. I was pleasantly surprised. The nurses seemed well versed in their fields.

Went here for a check up and they bearly checked me. Nurse was rude the front desk was nice, but the doctor I seen there said I had a sinuses infection and refused to give me meds, and almost didn't give me a spray I asked for because of past history I would need it for a infection if I had one. Turns out I have strep that almost turned into Bronchitis thank to them not giving Me any meds and not testing me. I do not recommend this place and ive been here before, it gone down hill over time and this is not worth visiting and you pay $75. Save your time and money somewhere else please I'm telling you.

Emily McKnight PA-C is such a wonderful provider. I've brought my kid here for numerous things and I'm always glad when it's her working. She's kind, to-the-point, honest, and genuinely seems like she cares. I wish her all the best.

Dr. Bowser was so wonderful. She knew what I had was more serious & sent me to Magee Women’s hospital. It was indeed serious because I actually had to have surgery. I’m so glad she took it seriously because a lot of times women’s health problems are written off as nothing. Dr. Bowser’s advice saved my reproductive system! I am forever grateful.

They don’t let you know the prices of things. I scheduled an appt and they changed it. Told me to come back to get my tb test read and they would do physical. When I came back they then said the physical cost after not telling me that before. New staff & rude service. I felt like a criminal almost being there. If you need something bad good place if not you can live without going here

I have been here about 6 times for illness, rash, lip stitches etc and they have been phenomenal every time. I have a butler health faster care in my town but I drive and extra half hour to go here.
