John F Bosi's Online Review Report Card

I am so pleased that I switched to Dr. Bosi. He doesn't rush in & out of the room within 5 minutes the way most of these Doctors do. He patiently listens to your complaints even if he's heard them a dozen times already..lol. He explains everything well. Examines you thoroughly. He goes out of his way to work with Medicare so you're only responsible for the co-pay! I couldn't ask for a better Doctor! A very down to earth person! Shout out also to Monica & Carolyn! They are extremely kind & patient with you. They show empathy which is extremely appreciated when you're going thru a tough time. Thank you so very much!

My doctor had retired after many years and I had to start over looking for a new family doctor, health advocate, and friend. I went to Dr. Bosi and well here is my honest no holds back review. I went in expecting any other doctor's office but what I found was the staff is warm and kind first of all and then I met Dr. Bosi who is a very good egg indeed he listens to you and really hears what you are ...

I hate having to leave him. A doctor who actually cares about his patients! Takes time to explain what’s going on. Wonderful Doctor! I moved 5 hours away or would never leave.

The people there are so nice including the nurses and doctor. I have been going there for years and never had a problem.

Recently, my son was treated there. He had papers with 2 small sections (required IDing his condition, date and signature) that needed to be filled out for his employer in order to collect sick pay and be able to return to work. Another doctor's office who had to fill out the same paperwork filled them out at once, in 5 minutes. The woman in charge of important files and filling out paperwork refused to look at it, threw it on a pile, said she was a very busy person and would have it in a few days. 2 days later, not done. Repeated visits and phone calls over the next week, still not done and she repeated nastily that she is BUSY!!! When confronted publicly in the office the next day (Day #8) when it wasn't ready, she said she'd have it the next day. Guess what? Still not done. Said she'll do it the next day and fax it in. Someone from that office called the previous day to say it was done and he could pick it up (another 20 mile round trip) and she denied that anyone had called. The message was on his phone along with the office number. Still waiting... Good doctor but lots of problems with this staff member, Rude, gossipy about patients, incompetent. After years of putting up with this nonsense, our family switched doctors.

Dr Bosi was our family doctor for over 30 years. Very knowledgeable, well-mannered and excellent diagnostician. However, there is an incompetent office worker there who is in charge of appointments, paperwork, prescriptions and other vital concerns. She routinely violates hippa laws by loudly and publicly speaking to and gossiping about patients. She does not get the necessary paperwork the patients need completed in a timely fashion; also, she is rude and very disrespectful to the patients, especially the ones who have questions and legitimate complaints about her neglect of important duties. The last straw for me was when she refused to have my necessary blood pressure prescription refilled unless I came to the office when she demanded. Told her I started a new part time job and couldn't at the time she gave me, she refused to work with me on this. Tried to justify her behavior by lying, saying she previously left phone messages about this matter. No phone calls or messages recorded.

Wonderful doctor, very helpful, explains things so a typical person understands it. Have many complications and would not trade Drs. I completely trust him.

Called to ask about being a new patient. Receptionist was highly rude and tried asking if I wanted to go to get pain meds. Told her 3x no, I was asking for an appointment for an annual checkup. She got short with me the last time, said she was going to check if the doctor even wanted new patients and was put on hold for 7 minutes before being hung up. Called 2x and was hung up on after. On the third time, the answering service answered and said they were closed for the day at 1:30????? Know NOT where to go now! Not everyone is a drug addict, stupid!
