List of Medexpress Urgent Care's Reviews
“You’re going to have to get her out of here. We have other patients”. “She is having a tantrum. She has autism. What do you want me to do?” “What do you normally do when she has tantrums?” I provide her a safe space for her to have her big feelings. We were safe in an exam room. She was not hurting anything. She was just screaming in frustration. This office has no compassion nor tolerance for children with big emotions. Autism or not. We had to leave without getting results. Because we were an inconvenience. Will never take my babies here again. She also started to tell me that an autism diagnosis does not mean that she should get to tantrum in public. (At a doctor office that we were paying for) If you have a choice, choose better. This office is NOT AUTISM FRIENDLY.
I was taken care of and the people we nice.
Pleasant experience when I needed medical care on the weekend. Friendly, competent staff. 8 am - 8 pm, 7 days a week I believe are the hours - very convenient.
Good fast friendly and very helpful to patients.
Very disappointed in the service and cost of services -
I received quick and very friendly service
Very efficient, nice professional staff. Was in and out in a lil over an hour. Had xrays and everything! Definitely recommend!
I love when I got to med express they are so kind and I never wait long.
I took my daughter in at about 6pm tonight. They asked her symptoms (stomach bug) and she said they may send her to the ER but someone could probably see her. They asked for her ID and she didn’t have it on her. They looked it up and said it was in the system but it expired in 2021 so they couldn’t see her. She has only had one ID ever and it doesn’t expire until 2025. The secretary then rudely told us to go to the ER. A year ago my same daughter went and saw a doctor there who looked at her very quickly, told her she had a small rash and gave her antibiotics she was allergic to. Turns out it was a staph infection. This place is hit or miss. I’ve had good experience there, but way more bad ones.
A great group of people! This was my first time at this office and Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Diagnosed, and left with a care plan. Thank you!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
