Can never get anything right always messes something up on paper
Rude staff, and subpar care. A simple submission to the pharmacy of albuterol for a baby who already has a nebulizer at home, and just ran out of breathing treatment, would solve the problem. They are making us take the baby to the ER because they said they can’t squeeze the child in for a sick visit today. Do you care about the kids in your practice at all??? You literally click a button and submit the script to the pharmacy, but are sending us to ER with a toddler in the middle of a pandemic. You have documentation of this child regularly need breathing treatments!!! This is not just this time, we have trouble every single time we make a phone call to this place no matter what the issue. Office staff is condescending and unknowledgeable. Left many messages after hours and nurse doesn’t call back for days. Happened twice in the last month to us alone. Can’t imagine more people aren’t having problems with this place. Do Better!!!
Terrible facility!!!!! Do not recommend unless you want cys/cps at your door 24/7 for no apparent reason
Ever since the old doctor left it hasn't been the same. I have chronic pain and other health problems and the new doctor can't ever seem to help with any of it and I kinda feel like I'm not really being listened to. I have chronic neck pain and I have had it since I was 7 a long time ago! I asked the doctor if I could try CBD since nothing else was working. I had tried everything to patches, to all sorts of different medicines to heating packs. None of it ever worked. She said she didn't want me on CBD and keep trying other options. It's not like I can take over the counter meds every day because I use to do that and it messed with my kidneys. So I just got tired of her saying no to me so I talked to my nurse practitioner in Pittsburgh and she said yah try it. So I did and my neck has felt the best it's ever ever been! It still hurts here and there but not as much.
This place became a joke after the original Doctor left. I’ve never met such a rude staff of nurses in my life. Matter of fact the whole reason I ever left here was because I called in to schedule physicals for my children and the response I got was “ugh that going to take me forever”. I wouldn’t trust anyone there with my dog.
These people don't listen to concerns of a child. It took 2 Dr trips, an urgent care trip, a hospital trip, and most likely will lose my job because they just don't test. The hospital did a chest x-ray and the child was having little trouble breathing. The child is gradually getting worse and frankly I don't want the child going back here. The worst communication and priority is disgusting. Someone answered the phone there and wanted to tell me what I should do playing Dr instead of making an appt like I was informed to do by tge on call Dr. The child is positive for RSV. Wonder how many more kids have to go through this before something us done. Why would any medical office have less than 4 stars anyway if they take their job and concerns of patients seriously.
Unless you want to wait more than an hr to see the doctor I don’t recommend this place! And the staff are rude to parents and they don’t care if you repot them
They were great with my kids. They took a lot of time for the visit. Didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. The staff were fantastic, kind and friendly and knowledgeable
This place is not the same since being taken over by UPMC. Doctors can’t even be doctors anymore because they have to jump through so many hoops. I will NOT be bringing my children here when they have an actual problem, only for their yearly check ups!!! I will be looking for a new pediatrician that is NOT owned by UPMC.
With Dr Antonescu gone first time back and it is like nothing different. Everyone is just has helpful and nice and willing to be there for the patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
