After 4 weeks of being told to call back on Monday to schedule and appointment now im put on a waiting list to schedule an appointment 😂
I have found this medical facility to be well run. I am typically seen within minutes of my appointment. I have had two referrals to specialists, which went far smoother than it has with other doctor's offices I have been to. Many of the other patients I have seen there are very rude to the staff... Which is just frustrating to watch. Thanks for the great service.
Love this Dr's office. My kids and I all go there. Understanding and caring staff. Love my Dr. She is excellent. I'm not a fan of going to the Dr but she makes me feel comfortable.
My daughter is 3 days away from being 18 we've been going to the same dentist office for years and they turned her away because she did not have a parent with her three days away from 18 that's a laziness they just didn't want to work
The nurses were great but the front office workers were terrible, I stood I'm front of them for 20 minutes before they noticed me, really not impressed. Adding on to this a few years later. Dr Kimber is a joke. If I could go back in time and see a different doctor I would do so in a heart beat. I am still dealing with knee issues to this day because he misdiagnosed me. Don't waste your time. All he knows how to do is look up symptoms on his computer.
I was seen here for the first time on Friday. I had a wonderful experience, the doctor was amazing. She sat with me for almost an hour & a half, went over all my medical history, and prescribed me medications. I did bring up that I mostly likely have a UTI. I know my body very well, the second I started experiencing pain/burning, I KNEW I had a UTI. She tested me in the office and it came back negative :/ She sent it for a culture and yesterday I got the results, it was positive (I told ya). Today, it’s a week since I first experienced UTI symptoms, and now I have pain in my kidney, I have a fever, and I’ve been vomiting. I’m 99% sure the infection moved to my kidneys. I was on hold for over an HOUR. OVER AN HOUR!!!!! There is no way you can justify having a patient on the phone for over an hour. I haven’t gotten any treatment or any antibiotics but if my UTI did develop into a kidney infection, I gotta act fast yet I was on hold for over an hour. I really want to stay positive because my doctor was amazing, but keeping a patient on hold for over an hour is unacceptable :/
It takes them more than 1 day to look at a x-ray and tell me if i have a fractured leg,,,awful service!!!!!
Do not go here this is the worst experience I have ever had in my life!! I took my 15 year autistic son because he had a toothache. The dentist looked in his mouth said it needs to be pulled an said they would give numbers to a oral surgeon an that they don't have long waits to get him in. Which if you know anything about oral surgeon it is never fast to be seen. So he said to give my 15 year old 4 ibuprofen an 2 tylenol for the pain. Every 6 hrs the nurse even looked at him like he was crazy. He said if it get swollen or the pain is worse then he would do antibiotics. So my son would have to wait to.be in more.pain an a worse infection before he would give antibiotics. I called the oral surgeons from the parking lot none not one was taking patients or would not be able to see him until February. So he would get a bad infection by then. An still be in but that dentist did not care he told me to go to a better dentist. Don't go there don't take your kids there.
I grew up going to welsh mountain medical and meadowcreek family practice.. ever since union community care took over.. I highly recommend avoiding using this facility. They dont have any interest in there patients with the new doctors they are bringing in.. will not be going here anymore.. what a joke..
I hope it gets better.since they merged with union there is a big disconect between officees and the pharmacies. Union tells you to call your pharmacies for refills only for the pharmacies to tell you to call the Dr.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
