The business is now named MYEYEDR. I ordered two pair of glasses on March 6, 2021 and was told it would be a 10 to 14 day wait. By March 20th I hadn't heard anything so I called. The clerk told me that the glasses came in 4 days ago. They now, instead of making a personal call, use a robot to call the patient and there is no human follow up. Very poor service!

Kim at the front desk is especially nasty to customers. Erroneous information has been given to me several times regarding what is covered by insurance and what the expected payment for services would be. Long wait times to see the doctor; however, if you are running five minutes late, your appointment is canceled.

His patient care has decreased severely over the past 5 years. Front desk staff is very unprofessional. I'm fine with waiting to see him but I expect if I wait, that all my questions are answered before I'm ushered out the door like a herd of cattle. I will no longer be going to this practice. He use to be very attentive and caring, I'm not sure what changed.

His patient care over the years has drastically decreased. I don't mind waiting to be seen as a patient but I expect to leave having all questions answered before being herded out of the room like cattle. Very disappointed considering he use to be caring. His staff over the years have also become extremely unprofessional and unknowledable.

Horrible! His secretary told me I needed to have me eyes dilated. When I got there the doctor walked in and told me the same. I explained I did not want it done and he went ballistic yelling and screaming. Avoid this psychotic!

I found Dr Smay to be poorly organized and dismissive. I had a scheduled appointment and waited close to an hour before I was able to see the Dr. No apologies. Was terse and borderline rude. Prices and mark up on lenses and frames seemed excessive. I don't usually leave negative reviews but I will not be going back and do not recommend you patronize this practice.

The wait time is long everytime I go. Dr. Smay thinks he knows best and could care less what his patients think. You even have to wait to pick up your glasses. The longest wait I ever had to pick up my glasses was a hour the shortest time was 30 minutes. if you value your time do not go to family eye care
