Worst organization in Pennsylvania.. Top executives are rude and don't care about their client's or Caregiver!!.. They false advertise 12 an hour when in reality is 9 an hour, you only get 12 an hour if you work over 30 hours a week. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE. TELEPHONE CALLS GO UNANSWERED FOR HOURS WHEN THEY ARE SITTING AT THEIR DESK EATING CHIPS AND BUFFALO RANCH DIP..TAKE YOUR LOVE ONCE TO ANOTHER AGENCY!!.. THEY HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING CAREGIVERS BECAUSE OF THEIR PAY.. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL, THEY MAKE SO MUCH MONEY AN HOUR FOR THEIR CLIENTS AND ONLY PAY BETWEEN 9 AN HOUR AND 12.. SOME OF THEIR " VISITING ANGEL'S OFFICES DON'T EVEN HAVE HEAT, .FOR EXAMPLE..THE LEBANON OFFICE, THE GIRLS WORKING THERE MUST WEAR THEIR COATS ALL DAY. VERY DEPRESSING OFfiCE.. Lets stand up for caregivers..
This organization is the worst I've ever seen. Their employees take off constantly and they offer no substitute to come into your home. My 83 yr old blind mother sits alone constantly. Half the time no one even calls to say no one is showing up. They don't care. Save yourself alot of trouble and go with another group. I'd give it negative stars if I could.
Love this office... They are professional and caring about the individuals they serve and also finding staff that are a good match. Would recommend and use again
This business truly cares for their consumers.
I love working for Angels On Call. They offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, good benefits, excellent training, and so much more!
Lack of communication and they will send who they want when they no matter what you tell them. Very unprofessional and there is a lot more that I prefer not to say.
Angels on call was the first home healthcare place I ever worked for. And probably will be the last. When I was interviewed we agree'd on a set number of hours for me to work. And I wasn't even getting close to that. It took me taking all my stuff back to the office and telling them I quit to get more hours out of them. But even after that I still wasn't making enough to pay my bills on because from 8/22 - 9/30 I was getting like 29 hours per week and it sunk me into a debt.I quit effective Nov 2017 because even after they did the hour fix it was already too late not getting the hours I asked for right off the bat had sunk me into a financial bind. I was supposed to get my last paycheck yesterday for $60.00, I never got it. Never hit my bank account at all.The only thing positive about my experience with AOC, was my clients. If you are looking for full time hours 40+ good luck.
