Terrible experience with the office staff, who alway messed up with my appointment, and talked to me arrogantly. when asked for medicial records since I decided to change to another office, she asked me to pay for over $100. I would never come back to this office for medical service again!!! never !!!

Dr Kim is a wonderful Caring , very Knowledgeable doctor! She is very easy to talk with , and cares very much about her patients. She always makes sure to explain everything clearly. Very Kind and caring always .Highly Recommend Dr. Kim due to her excellent medical expertise and very caring and kind as well.

Dr Kim is GREAT. Very gracious, very capable. 5 star recommendation .

Have been a patient of Dr. Kim for several years, she is a knowledgeable and compassionate Doctor but the Practice has deteriorated greatly since they moved to the now location. When you call you often go directly to voice mail and it is getting very difficult to see Dr Kim anymore, they constantly try to push you to the P.A.. I called to schedule my annual physical on June 9 and was told that it would be about a month if I wanted it done by Doctor Kim. Considering leaving.

I saw Dr Kim twice in a two week span. She NEVER examined me at either visit but was quick to pull out her prescription pad. I felt unheard and that she was more focused on how many prescriptions she could write in a 5 minute time frame than she was at helping me. And the fact that she had no clue who I was and I had seen her a week prior. I felt she wasted my time and money. I will wait to see Dr Caracappa in the future.

Handed off to an unknown student. Dr Kim was in the back room laughing with other staff. She never checked the work of the student She then ordered the wrong mgs on my med.

Friendly office staff, great doctor. We have been taking our entire family to Wrightstown Family Medicine for years.

visit did not go well. Handed off to an unknown student. No follow up by this Dr. Wrong mg's ordered on med refill. Will not be returning.

Terrible experience with this Doctor. Schedule for routine check up, but find all kind of excuses to charge more and refuse to correct her mistakes. Thirsty for money, unethical, do yourself a favor, stay away!

My experience with Dr. Ellen Kim wasn't that bad, until she called in the generic for a prescription that I needed the branded product (because the generic is not effective and causes me to get very ill), I was sent the wrong prescription via my mail order pharmacy, and was charged twice for the wrong prescription. My insurance company said they could NOT refund me because the doctor called in the wrong script, and only the physician could correct the mistake she made. When I called Dr. Ellen Kim's office (Wrightstown Family Medicine), she wouldn't take my calls, and refused to call me back when I left messages for her asking for her help. I would be very careful when choosing a family practice and a family doctor, because I don't know what I would do if this were a prescription for one of my children, and she had done this to them.
