Fantastic physical therapist trainers and other staff. I would definitely recommend this place, the team approach is really productive, and each therapist is really strong with whatever modality of treatment they are performing.

The staff at the Pheasant Run location are excellent. Professional and caring. From the moment I did my first "test" visit - I was met by Jen who was very welcoming and "sold" me on the location. I have since been working with Paul for several months following a 'massive' tear and surgery on shoulder muscles / tendons - the infamous rotator cuff. He inspires confidence - and when moving my shoulder to places it doesn't want to go you have to trust! He really is a compassionate and skilled physiotherapist. All 100% positive. So why the 4 stars? Because the facilities need help. For example, some of the furnishings are in serious disrepair - dirty chairs with rips in the upholstery and more. Seems it would not take much investment to match the professionalism of the facility with that of the staff. They deserve it ...
