List of Nemours Children's Health System's Reviews
Weve been coming to this practice since our daughter was born in 2015. Its obvious they care about the children they see. Making appointments is easy whether routine or sick visits. The nursing staff is extremely warm and welcoming when we come in and is happy to give advice over the phone. Weve even found ourselves needing after hours assistance a few times and their nursing staff who monitors the phone has always gone above and beyond to make sure my child is healthy and safe not to mention very reassuring to stressed parents in stressful situations at all hours of the night. It never feels like an inconvenience when we call. The doctors on staff are equally well trained and knowledgeable. When going through our visits they make a point to speak to my child and get her input directly in how she is feeling and make sure to never push her if she is feeling anxious about certain parts of the visit I.e. checking ears if not truly necessary. They also keep the parents in mind making sure we understand the full scope of whatever were dealing with and preparing us with all the necessary resources to give our child adequate care.I really cannot recommend this practice enough. From primary care to sick visits weve never had a bad experience.
Dr. Kim is new to the practice and we have seen her a few times. We really like her and I am going to see if she can be our primary PCP. She is very down to earth easy to talk to and offers great medical advice. She has children of her own so she can really sympathize with any medical issues your child is going through. My children have seen all of their physicians and we prefer Dr. Kim.
My children usually go to Dupont Hospital for their specialty appointments but we live in Phoenixville and traveling to Delaware is very far. My kids were going to chop in Paoli because it was the next best thing. I received a postcard notifying that this office was opening up and it was connected with Dupont. I was thrilled to find out that my kids could go to a pediatrician that was connected with Dupont Hospital. I feel that DuPont is the best childrens hospital around and that their peds office would match up to their service. They have three doctors at this practice and I do like them all. I feel they are very professional and know what theyre talking about. The receptionist staff were very kind except for one woman who seems pretty crabby all the time. But if you look past her you will see the rest of the staff have great customer service. I am glad that I was able to switch over to this Dupont office. I am still new to this office so I cant really say if they are better than the chop pediatrics in paoli but I have high hopes and will update as I take my kids there.
Great pediatricians and availability of specialists. However wait times can get pretty long.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
