Great staff. Really understanding of specific needs which has been helpful for recovery. They understand and explain the pain and discomfort I’m feeling even when I don’t understand it myself from my injury. They also have helped my flexibility. They work great with my work schedule too!

The staff of this facility is terrific. From the director to the physical assistant everyone is thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I have had to spend a great deal of time in physical therapy for a variety of injuries. The Jag-One staff is one of the very best I have encountered. The therapists all spend whatever time is required to understand my issues and then develop a treatment plan that will work for me taking into consideration my weaknesses and strengths. Implementation is done in a caring way with fulsome explanations of each step. So far I have made excellent progress. The facility itself is easily accessible and well equipped. The best of the best! Melissa and Kat are an absolutely amazing team to help anyone through rehabilitation. I have been to different physical therapy locations in the area and they would always say there was not much more they could do for my ankle injury and range of motion. However, Melissa came through with new exercises and ways of rehabbing my ankle. It always blew my mind how she had an alternative exercise if I was experiencing any soreness that day from my injury etc. I can't stress enough how amazing, proactive and knowledgeable her and her team are. Definitely choose them for your physical therapy needs!

Jenn Slivka and her entire team at the Newtown facility were wonderful in treating me after spinal fusion surgery. I can't say enough positive things about the treatment I received there.

Melissa and her staff are wonderful and professional. I'd prefer not to need PT but it really helps. One of the staff looks like Christine Bell from the tv show JAG.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient at JAG 1 for several years. Having had several knee replacements while living in NY, it a was the therapists at Jag 1 who got me through some pretty rough times. Now I have had the necessity due to a shoulder replacement, to once again find myself at JAG 1 again, but this time in Newtown, PA. I must tell you that Melissa is hands down the best Physical Therapist I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and spends a lot of time with her patients. Her staff is equally knowledgeable in their respective functions, and are friendly and compassionate. Together they make PT and rehab a very pleasant experience (if PT could be pleasant), I recommend JAG 1 in Newtown very highly!
