I'm 77 years old, and a year ago, after being plagued with symptoms for some time, I decided to have my bladder prolapse repaired. Dr. Molden performed the surgery, and I couldn't be happier. It has changed the quality of my life tremendously. Dr. Molden is a good listener, sweet and personable. Her confident demeanor helped me to make my choice. She has a great staff, and I especially appreciate Sherri, who pleasantly worked with me along the way.

I was very fortunate to find Dr. Molden. She is very skilled. She makes you feel at ease from the moment you meet her. I needed surgery which I kept putting off. I was so pleased with the outcome of my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Molden to anyone in need of a skilled anf caring doctor

She disrespected other medical issues I have...arguing with me about them even though it's not her area of medicine. Very, very rude. Stay away

I was referred for Pelvic floor therapy by my urologist due to IC. As Dr Molden's website boasts she is supposed to be a premier miracle worker for women with urological and/or gynecological issues, I wanted to see the best. I even waited 3 months to be able to get on to their schedule after the initial consultation - which, mind you, you only ever actually see the Nurse Practitioners. In my multiple visits, I never once saw the actual Dr even in the building. In the long run, I was scheduled for multiple weeks of treatments which I was assured would be safe, only to be charged for visits and procedures that weren't even performed. And the cherry on top, to find out the procedure isn't even safe for someone with my medical conditions. Could have literally stopped my heart, but was assured for months that it would be perfectly safe. Contrary to her fancy website and office full of posters of herself, she is no TOP DOC in my opinion.

I have a medical device implanted which I was certain to make multiple references to as well as directly asked if their therapy would be safe with my device. Theirs is "cutting edge" with electrical stimulation and they say it's supposed to be even better than traditional Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. The first practitioner assured me it would be no problem, and she proceeded with an exam and a bunch of measurements. 3 months later, I go for my first therapy treatment and another practitioner says the therapy may not even be safe due to my device. I spoke with no less than 5 different staff, nurses, professionals and practitioners in the office over the course of the initial consultation and even in the week before to verify and all assured me it was completely fine. We do the first treatment with the statement that I would need a sign of from my cardiology team before continuing in the future. No problem. When I relay the information from the cardiac team - who requested a standard medical modification during treatment but had no problem with the treatment - they took my co-pay and billed me for an office visit. In this visit they literally had me get undressed in the exam room and come in to tell me they can no longer do treatments as it would not be safe at their facility. Clearly, something that could have been relayed in a phone call without charging me and my insurance for a visit and wasting my time (I do not live nearby) for a visit wherein they literally did nothing. No services were rendered. The practitioner spoke to me like I was 5 and literally made a frowning face saying she was sorry it wouldn't work out. If you are going here for IC or PBS, etc. RUN. RUN as fast as you can. It's all a scam unless you want bladder installations - which they will shove down your throat repeatedly.

Dr Molden is very professional, gentle and takes her time explaining everything to you. The wait time was minimal and her staff was also very friendly and helpful. I’m so happy my primary recommended her .

I called the office and told them that I needed an annual and pap. They made me an appt. for 1pm and told me to come 15 minutes early. I got there at 12:45 to find out they were at lunch. Sat there until 1:05 when they finally called me up to the window. I then had to sign forms and wait while they made copies of cards. I finally get to go back to the exam room at 1:20 only to find out that they don't do gyn exams.........are you kidding me!! Then I barely got an apology.

Started seeing Dr. Molden after several other uro/gyns had not helped me with my issue. This was ten years ago and I have never regretted my decision. She has been nothing but professional, has treated me during this long period. She has operated on me as late as yesterday (5/2023) and I have complete faith in her and her compassionate attitude during this decade and unavoidable "aging" process. She constantly strives to update her staffing (even during Covid ) and maintain her superior level of service.

Great office, staff and doctor! So glad I went here and my surgery was a success and life changing!

Dr. Molden is the best! I was so lucky to have her do my prolapse surgery. She has hands of gold. She is very gentle and kind and has the best bedside manner. She solved my problem and I would highly recommend her. The office staff was very caring and wonderful. Look no further, she is the top doctor in this specialty. Thank you for a job well done.
