Suburban Community Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Hiral and Dawn are two of the best nurses I ever had. They were very genuine and made me feel comfortable. I hope everyone else is lucky to have them.

Avoid at all costs. Astonishing that it is allowed to provide care. It always seems like organizations that struggle might be pressed for resources. In this case the resource shortage question is the capacity to care for patient welfare.

Staffing was thin. Some staff were a little impatient with questions. Security at the entrance was helpful. However, based on those interactions, I would not choose a primary physician there or choose to get any more tests there. It's a far cry from the facility from years ago.  I would travel much further to a more innovative research-minded facility with more staff. I say this bearing in mind the post-pandemic low staffing rates that are common in this industry now. Albeit, most healthcare services are  a racket that rarely helps the patients, but bills them and their insurance,  some facilities at least have the appearance of keeping up with tends in treatment and patient care. Those are the facilities I will try to look for in future if I have to go.

Terrible expierence here. I came in because the right side of my face has been tingling/pain/pins and needles. Dr. Khadr did not seem to care at all. He legit asked me if I had real stress in my life not just regular everyday stress. And told me that my anxiety and depression medicine were clearly not working. It was extremely condescending how he acted. When I brought up my other pains and tingles in my body he disregarded them and said “well that can be a pain issue but this is clearly stress related”. Yes I do have stress in my life, but the people around me have seen the pain I’ve been going through with this. I do not recomend going here and I can’t belive someone treats their patients like this.

I want to say a special thank you to the short surgery department. They were very professional and the kindness they extended to my brother was wonderful. Everyone one from the front door to the surgery department, made the day as pleasant as it could be. ❤️

Excellent care in Pre- Op.

I have been coming to this hospital for over 40 years and I was totally disgusted with the way the person "Emily" at the registration desk displayed rudeness an ignorance not only to my daughter but another person that asked her a question. Thank God for prayer.

Security & registration were the best. My nurse took care of me so well. They were super clean and my nurse spoiled me!

I don’t know about the rest of the hospital but the security guard is really nasty. He was not friendly at all. Just rude and dismissive.
