Absolutely will not take my child here anymore. Not only can you not get anyone to call you back the same day even when it's several hours before closing to make an appointment, our experience with physicians is not great either. Child complaining of chest pains for months and all the doctor wants to prescribe is heartburn medication and an inhaler. No scans, xrays, EKG's or otherwise performed to determine the cause. Still having issues, can't get an appointment....very frustrating and not worth our time.
I recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
We have taken our 6 kids here for the last 13 years until today. They offer walk in service in the am, my wife tried taking my Son in this morning because he was having stomach pain and they said they would not see him and to just take him to the the emergency room? This was not an emergency. He just needed examined from a doctor. Instead they would rather we self diagnose him. Last time the doctor felt him stomach and referred us to get a x-ray at the Norwin town square right near the office. This office has made a lot of money off my family for a long time. No more, not smart Business.they told me they would call me back and never did.
We absolutely love my daughter's pediatrician, but it takes MONTHS to get a scheduled appt. with her. Once that appt. is finally scheduled, they end up calling it and cancelling it due to a multitude of reasons. Now, I have to wait another 6 weeks for my daughter to be seen by her pediatrician. I know there are other HCP's in the office, but she sees this pediatrician due to her health issues, and she has been seeing her for 14 years. I should not have to settle for another HCP in the practice when this is the one we selected to be her pediatrician. Maybe it's time that the pediatrician stops accepting new patients and starts being able to take care of the established patients who have been with her for YEARS!
The office staff and doctors are always helpful, proactive and kind! As a mom of 3, I truly appreciate having an office that goes above and beyond for their patients.
Love these guys. Love how walk in instructions on website are different than when you get there. Love how they read a phonenumber on their answering machine ONCE, so if you miss it you need to go through the system again. Love waiting in parking lot after sending text with sick kids and having no idea if it was received. A genius system for raising stress, so if your kids are sick and you are just too darn relaxed, come on down!
Everyone there is snooty and stuck up.
I’ve had the worst experience with this office!!! I’m not sure if the receptionists know what they are even trained to do. They had me wait on hold for 10 min twice just to come back on and repeat what they just said to me for a third time. Originally my appointment was for 930 and after being on hold twice, I asked again what time my appointment was just to confirm it. They told me that they just gave that information and that it was switched to 1015. However I was on hold and never informed of the time change..... I wondered if they even knew who they were talking to... 😳 The only reason I go to CCP Norwin is for Doctor Kohl. She’s so energetic and polite and seems to care about the well being of your child. She’s the only reason I gave this place 2 stars. I had a different provider two other times (I won’t mention her name for privacy) and was by far the worst experience. I later found out she was a PA-C.... Which shouldn’t have made a difference. However, she overlooked so many things, was inaccurate on others, and just so dead wrong on so many more. She didn’t seem to put my child’s well being into consideration at all. I could go on but I won’t. Even my pharmacist said that when she faxed over the prescription it seemed to be all over the place. The pharmacist even recommended a different pediatrician since what she faxed over wasn’t even a prescription that any pharmacy even distributes. 🤯I have never seen so many mistakes made at a single medical visit with the doctor I seen and the receptionists. She made me feel very uncomfortable and made me not want to bring my child back to that office. I feel like I flooded her with questions that she didn’t have answers to or gave me misinformation about. She just seemed to be very annoyed by my questions. 👎🏻👎🏻
They never answer the phone nor do they return phone calls. The receptionists are extremely rude and doctors try to make you look stupid and don’t listen to any of the parents concerns. I will be taking my daughter to another pediatrician from here on out. Would not recommend if you value your child’s health and well-being.
We love Dr. Hanley. Not always great experiences with the front window receptionists but over all definitely great child care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
