HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Front desk lady was pushy and asked unessary questions. The doctor I saw was not sympathetic to my needs and felt rushed. I would not reccomend going here!
Saw Julie Minch (Nurse Practitioner). She was awesome. I was in and out in less than 1hr, fully explained everything and answered all my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend and I’ll be back. Whole facility was great, extremely professional staff!
Everyone there was wonderful with my issue. Really cared about me and my discomfort. Gave me a solution to my problem and got me on my way quickly. If I do something stupid again, I'm going back. 👍
Friendly professional staff. Mark is a nurse and he is so genuinely kind! Dr.Rosenbaum, (hope i spelled his name correctly)Is very thorough every appointment, Providing all the necessary Orders For patients to find out what is going on. Other places I have found are not as thorough. I've been there a few times And Every time was an excellent experience even though Being sick is not excellent🙂 All the people who work there are just so friendly and so professional and so Caring I cannot say enough. Thank you for everyone at upmc urgent care! Just one suggestion I think they should offer blood work . That's all🙂
Great caring Professionals! Highly recommended!
Extremely bad experience. I've had fever, cough and runny nose, all I needed was antibiotic prescription, but for some reason I was sent to EMERGENCY ROOM in order to check my heart, which doesn't make any sense to me. I'm glad I didn't fall for this as I refused to get any service in UPMC Emergency Room and I went to another doctor which diagnosed me with sinus bacterial infection and provided me with antibiotic prescription as well as with cough medicine prescription. Sending a sick person to VERY EXPENSIVE and UNNECESSARY check-ups instead of taking care of actual root cause should be illegal. Needless to say, I'll never come back again.
I've been there a handful of times and everyone has been amazing.
In and out in less than an hour. :) Everyone was very kind to me, including the front desk receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor. I didn't feel rushed or anything. I'll definitely come back to this urgent care if the need arises in the future.
I went to Irgent Care, New Years day, because I had a serve sinus infection . But when I got inside they insisted I take a covid test. I told them I had one the night before & it was negative. They didn't care & wouldn't treat me for my infection. That test was negative also. I had to wait until Tues to contact my PC to get medicine. Not everyone that comes in there, need a covid test.
Went there for my son who was having congestion issues. They were very prompt and friendly with the check in process and honest about the wait times. This is right after New Years with all of the covid cases, too. We had a person, Heather, who was the clinical staff that greeted us at the door, took vitals and was very thorough, thoughtful and kind to my son. My son saw Dr Edwards who was also very thorough and kind. He feels so much better now, we are so glad went there. The overall experience was really good! I would definitely use this facility again!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
