Very disappointing office conduct! Do not miss your appointment, they will refuse to see your child under any circumstance. Unprofessional medical behavior!

God forbid any single mother with a full time job, elderly parents, 2 therapy dogs and their home to take care of and forget what day it was and miss their appointment because this doctors secretary will leave a nasty voicemail to tell you that you cannot reschedule after they conveniently do NOT tell you that the doctor has a policy that he will not reschedule you when you forget and do a no call no show. I called immediately as soon as i realized i had missed my appointment explaining what happened and they were nothing but rude. I had one phone call 8 days before my appointment to remind me of it, not the day before or 2 days before but 8 days before. I have far to much on my plate and mind to remember something 8 days later when I'm to busy working and trying to keep my head above water while caring for my child, elderly parents, their 2 therapy dogs and their home.

His office is NOT responsive, He is difficult to get for any refills and help. He does not give sufficient refills. His response is wait and watch for even when the allergic reaction comes back in a life threatening manner, which hurts a patient's confidence in his treatment.

Dr. Otte is who I was referred to for allergy testing and this man is amazing. He listens to everything you have to say and is not closed minded at all. He provided me with several options for management of my condition and showed a sincere interest in me as a a patient. I felt that I had the final say on my treatment plan, and we both made mutual agreements to the entire approach. This physician made me feel like I am a valued patient. I would highly recommend him without any hesitation.
