After a very thorough consultation due to my bladder prolapse it was decided surgery was my best option. Dr. Gillingham was professional, yet sensitive to women’s personal issues. Surgery was successful, and done outpatient. I highly recommend Dr.Gillingham at Woman’s Pelvic Institute in North Wales.

I found Dr Gillingham to be both professional and skilled as a surgeon. I never felt rushed in a visit, and his warm personality always put me at ease. He even called me at home on the Sunday after surgery to ask how I was doing! I highly recommend him for anyone with POP!

My experience with Dr. Gillingham was so comfortable and successful. He was patient with me in explaining in detail what I should expect. He did not rush me into decision making, the procedure went very well. My lifestyle has improved immeasurably. After surgery he stayed much longer than necessary to be certain all was well. He is professional, very capable, and sensitive. I would be more than happy to recommend Dr. Gillingham.

I do not recommend Dr. Gillingham at all. My daughter who had vaginal prolapse grade 2 full length rectocele went to Dr Gillingham to fix her problem. He examined her and told her she needed to do 6 of months physical therapy to prepare her before he could see her again. She was beyond devastated and asked to see another doctor at their practice and was told that all doctors stand behind the examining Dr's opinion. A week later she went to a well known doctor in this field and was examined. He told he that physical therapy would do nothing for her issue and scheduled and preformed the operating within a week. A month later she is doing great and on the road to full recovery, not still doing months of unneeded physical therapy. How could Dr Gillingham have been so wrong in his diagnoses?
