I came into the Er this evening to have some blood work done and I just want to give a huge shout out to Jordan and Elizabeth these two ladies were very friendly and courteous especially with me coming after the labs normal hours. They were very sweet and fast on getting me into the system. I would also like to give a huge shout out to Harley the phlebotomist who drew my blood this evening she did an amazing job, I didn’t even know she pricked me with the needle. She was very fast and courteous and very friendly! Keep up the great job ladies!

this hospital is very unorganized drag their feet for everything i have a troubled teen in ER over 5 days that needs help he went almost 4 days without showering no support to help find bed the crisis counselor epically Heather very unprofessional very uneducated in dealing with ppl that have mental issues she has gave me false information that i knew was a lie ive put calls into higer ups left messages no return calls which is very unprofessional place has no answers and not pleasant place to help someone with mental health issues

My husband had surgery there 10/19/2020 and it was an awesome experience. Dr. Harrison, his staff and the Medical Center staff were all so helpful and friendly before, during and after the surgery. As his spouse I was kept well informed throughout the surgery. He said it was like having surgery with family. Having a pharmacy on site made filling his prescriptions so simple. Wed evening they were very busy, my 4 year old son was having problems with pain in his leg and not being able to use it and even though they were swamped we had the best experience I have ever had! Thank you!

Had both kids to urgent care this week. my middle on Monday sent her home saying stomach virus, wanted us swabbed for flu and they wouldn't. Had my son up there on Wednesday after they sent him home with school with high temp and vomiting. wouldnt swab him again because they said throat wasnt irritated, no swollen glands, etc. had to take him to family doctor following am with temp of 102. Glands very swollen, tonsils so huge she doesnt even know how he was swallowing. swabbed him and in less than 5 minutes tested positive for influenza b. too late to try tamiflu or anything because urgent care wouldnt test when needed too and now he has to suffer through symptoms because they could tell he had it longer than 3 days. built a new hospital and now they are worse. I will drive to Chambersburg from now on.

I had to wait over 25 min to register to get my blood test monday , everyone was upset only 1 person registering & she sd they messed up everyones imputes & had to redo it all? No extra help? I asked if disabled people could register on phone before coming in she said "no" not nice.
