no. nice guy - he recommended surgery for my wife...thought she had an obstruction based on CT scan. I asked why did not call in a colo rectal surgeon and do a scope. He said, "it presented as an obstruction" that was wrong! we told everyone upon admittance we thought it was 'pouchitis" - had that before. Thank goodness for Dr. Smith - who subbed when Dr. Martinez was sick and recommended going to a 'bigger hospital with a colon rectal specialist surgeon" Turns out - once the scope results were in - no obstruction. Dr. Martinez admitted he had NO EXPERIENCE operating on someone with a J pouch. but had done hundreds of other bowel obstructions. I liked him - but I shudder to think about what could have happened if he had done surgery on my wife. Not trying to get him in trouble...at all...just a reminder "pride goeth before the fall" be careful about surgeon arrogance Dr. Martinez....you were dead wrong this time. Thank you Dr. Smith!!!!!

Dr Martinez was very attentive to my needs. He was thorough and helpful. He expertly repaired my problem. The nurses were very complementing about their experience with him also. Just a pleasent experience with Dr Martinez.

Dr Martinez took time to discuss my issues and explain recommendations for a plan moving forward. He listened to, understood my concerns and addressed them. He took time to discuss my issues and didn't make me feel rushed in an effort to get on to the next patient. I will most definitely be recommending him to all who may have the need for his services.

I have seen Dr Martinez for over 2 years. I trust him with my life. The relationship I have with him is the best I have ever had with a doctor. He is in his own practice now and it’s a lot faster to see him. Great doctor I highly recommend him

After seeing my surgeon who told me there was nothing more he could do now. I saw Dr. Martinez who worked with me to get my momentum back in my knees. He is so very understanding and kind. We tried a couple of shots that helped my mobility and finally my pain has been relieved. Happy to walk and go out with the girls for the holidays was so afraid I would not be able to partake in the festivities. Thank you Dr. Martinez for your kindness and understanding. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Martinez for about a year now, and I can’t say enough about how amazing of a doctor he is. He has a wonderful bedside manner; very kind, thoughtful, patient, honest, and treats you as though you are his top priority. The entire staff is top notch as well - whenever I come in, I’m greeted at the desk with “hi there beautiful!” Front desk, assistants, nurse practitioners - all of them are incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. I must say that Jeanine and Hector are my two favorites. Everyone in that office works to make sure that you are comfortable and cared for from the second you walk in the door. On the way out they always say “I really hope you feel better!” Truly genuine, world class treatment.
