We have never had a bad experience in our 6+ years of having our daughter treated here. Top notch staff administration and very easy to get the help we need via a nurses call or sick visit. Cannot recommend them enough

They are very prompt with getting back to us when we have written through the Nemours app and quick to get us in the office. Everyone is also so welcoming when we arrive. I would recommend this office to any parent

I was stopped from joining my wife at a visit for a DTAP vaccine. The last time a vaccine was given. They gave DTAP and Prevnar and my child had a complication. I looked it up and they shouldnt combine those two vaccines at the same time. So I said I would like to be there to make sure they are only giving one vaccine and not a combo. They said based on distancing only one parent can go. They wasted time to take measurements and charged me for appointment only at the end to say they arent giving the DTAP vaccine. Now my child could get sick because they want to prove something. Completely unprofessional. They said they had to get a legal team to contact me before they give my child his needed vaccine. Completely unprofessional rude. This is what you get from doctors that work for a hospital rather than have their own practice.

My son has been under the care of Dr. Catharine Eleey since he was born. We have nothing to say but praises for Dr Eleey and the Paoli office. Dr. Eleey is very patient caring personable and professional. We never felt rushed at any appointments with Dr. Eleey. She encouraged us to ask as many questions as we would like for our son which is a huge help for first time parents. I had seen her worked over time through lunch evenings and weekends to make sure our baby well taken care of and information was communicated to us in time. We feel very grateful and lucky to have Dr. Eleey. The Paoli office is very clean and organized. Very friendly and responsive staff in general

My children have been patients here for three years and I have had nothing but an amazing experience here. The doctors are all caring compassionate and knowledgeable. Both of my kiddos are there frequently for a variety of reasons and I am confident to say that I trust the health of my children with all of the medical professionals in this office

I was irritated that they wouldnt let me supervise my sons appointment today for a vaccine.  They said only one person can go in at a time.  I was concerned because my son was given DTAP and Prevnar at the same time and he exhibited a seizure.  I didnt want him receiving more than one vaccine.  As I left I said I will sue if you guys put more than one vaccine and he gets sick.  They took the money for the appointment and at the end wouldnt give my son the DTAP even tough I told them its Olay.  The woman at the front desk has a bad attitude.  Horrible customer service....I will never go back to this place again.  Look for a place where the pediatrician is the owner of the establishment...these doctors alll work here they dont care what people think.

none of my primary doctors will meet at this location I have to drive to Wilmington for all my appointments when I like in Paoli
