Worst office ever. Receptionists were actually terrible. Waited 3 hours and they acted like i burdened them by being there. Staff was awful in case you didn't understand what i said earlier. Rude not helpful bad attitudes.

My appointment was at 1145am and it's 147pm now and I STILL have yet to be seen by sabo

Nice doctor, but terrible office management. It takes several calls to get any prescription refills updated and sent to the pharmacy, even after the pharmacy has faxed requests several times. Wait times are terrible for in office appointments (they have two waiting rooms, one to be in line for the other). I observed the doctor’s adopted child playing with the coffee machine before the wife came running to grab the child from danger. His wife does not understand English well enough to be working the phones. A simple call today to request the prescription update be sent to my pharmacy today (after 5 straight days) did not go as planned, and I won’t have insurance for 30 days due to a job change and cannot refill this until then. You have my permission to note this in my obituary.

Dr. Sabo is the best physician I have ever had. He really cares about you and thinks of you best interest. He is caring, compassionate and takes his time with you. You leave his office feeling well taken care of. He is a participating Doctor in the Medical Marajuana program and charges so much less for his fee than any of the other Doctors. He is a believer in holistic medicine too. I have been a patient for 15 years and I hope he never retires.
