Doctor took my insurance upfront and did exams needed. Supposed to be all covered by insurance but later on kept sending me bills that was not my responsibility. Insurance paid and he continued to send bill anyway. Refocus office is the worst customer service you can find. Find another doctor and save the headache.

Putting 1 star because while Dr. Goyal himself is amazing, there is a HUGE problem with the office staff! Every time I interact with them, they are incredibly unkind. Be aware of this if you plan to enter the bala office.

I was recommended to Nevyas Eye Associates and Dr. Goyal was the doctor that I was given a consultation with for LASIK. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable and confident with his expertise. When he performed the LASIK surgery on me, he was very gentle and talked to me throughout it so I knew what to expect and what was happening as the procedure was going on. I highly recommend!
