List of Nitin N Patel's Reviews
Dr. Patel performed a very successful surgery for my daughter and treated her with great care and kindness.
Dr. Patel took his time with me, answer my questions, and it was very straightforward with his answers. I did not feel rushed or unheard.
Love this family practice so much! Moved here from another state where I had my fair share of poor doctors/receptionists. They are so great to work with, everyone is so kind and helpful. Dr. Kuperavage in particular is absolutely amazing. She truly listens, cares, and helps you figure out what is going on. I've never had such a caring doctor in my life, very thankful for this St. Luke's crew.
I love my Doctor (Dr. Kuperavage) but am incredibly disappointed and disheartened by the general care of St. Luke’s practice. The last three times I have been ill, and needed to be seen by my PCP, I have been unable to get in to be seen as they have a 1-2 week wait for illness visits. Requiring me to go seek Urgent care, therefore spending more money out of pocket than necessary. Either they are incredible understaffed or have taken on more patients than they are able to tend to. I have also emailed them multiple times to discuss frustrations/concerns and no one has bothered to respond. Nurses have been disappointing as well, making comments about diagnosis (incorrectly) prior to the Doctor coming in. St. Luke’s has bought-out so many private practices in the area, pediatricians, OB, specialists. I wonder if they offer their staff competitive wages, appropriate healthcare and benefits or if they fall short and stuff the pockets of CEOs. I am genuinely confused how a medical entity such as St. Luke’s is able to monopolize an area and yet, not be able to provide care.
Dr Page is the best! Really listens to your concerns and gets things done. However, the CRNP Karen is not as good. I complained about neck pain and she told me to take Advil and how she had the same thing while in school… turns out it was much worse than just take Advil. Also the front desk people can be rude when asking for referrals.
I love the staff and doctors I always feel safe and at home when I go there!
They just make you wait and wait no care what so ever
Time management does not seem to be a strong suit around here. Had an appointment set up for a DOT physical way in advance. Arrived early, waiting 30 minutes after appointment time. Waited again in a room for 30 minutes... Simple physical takes 15 minutes. Doctors are fine but desk staff up front needs work on efficiency. Won't be back again.
Dr. Kuperavage is an excellent Dr. She's attentive, compassionate and caring. The best Dr I ever had. I highly recommend her.
I’ve been a patient here for a few years now, and i have to say, Pennsburg family practice has by far the BEST providers, nurses and receptionists. They’re very friendly, the providers take their time speaking with you and all together they’re all very whole heartedly people. I definitely recommend for anyone to go here!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
