Absolute Care's Online Review Report Card

I chose them as my primary care I called to make an appointment and they said that they would call me if I was accepted as a patient. I called several times to follow up and they did not have any update on this. This was 3 months ago and I havent heard back.

The people on the 8th floor of Absolute Care is absolutely lazy when I came for doordash to pick someone’s medication up. The only people that aren’t lazy are the cleaning people Smfh Now say you don’t agree?

I was very satisfied my first two appointmentsevery appointment I had absolute care will fax over papers to my job for me to request off or leave early to make it to my appointment i called on 713 to request a paper for my appointment on friday july 19th and the response that I received from a nurse was very rude... four hours passed and still no paper which means i wouldnt be able to leave work for my appointment. I will be finding a new office that wont have a issue working with people that has jobs

This place is disgusting. They tried to convince me I had problems with my kidneys so I got a second and third opinion and big surprise nothing was wrong. The Nurses here try to take over for the doctor and refuse to let you speak to your physician. They’ve made my health worse in the year I was there and now I’m facing life long problems

Amy Ramsubhag Truly an awful nurse practitioner doesn’t listen to patients concerns and health problems. Refuses to communicate with anyone she works with takes weeks for medication for be filled for patients. This whole place should be ashamed for hiring such inconsiderate employees that don’t care about a persons health and overall wellness.

I did like the doctor I had there. I didnt like the medication driver. She is very rude and disrespectful. She would call me and tell me she is on her way and wouldnt get to me till 2 hrs or more after.

Philadelphia we finally have a health care facility that without question cares for us on a level beyond anything youve seen or experienced before. I have been dealing with multiple health issues for the past 20yrs and Ive had Medicaid only for insurance. So you can imagine how many different Doctors Ive had to help me and not one of the probably 20+ doctors seemed to care at all about me as a person I was just another file number I was asked the same personal questions every visit like I was a stranger. It was disheartening frustrating and it made me feel hopeless and abandoned. BUT....along came Absolute care and Dr. Raman and his entire staff. True professionals who along with a smile and a offer of a cup of coffee when you sign in give you a PatientDoctor experience like youve never had before. They truly TRULY make you feel like you are apart of their immediate family. In my 50yrs on this earth never heard of a Doctors office that sends a car to come and pick me up and to take me home after the appointment. They have EVERYTHING you need on one whole floor of the building. Xrays .. Pharmacy... Therapy offices... Pharmacy delivery .. Theres nothing they cant handle there. Did I mention the entire staff?... Especially Jeff... A true God send that can help you in so many different ways. I had trouble with filing paperwork for food stamps and with my tax stimulus theres truly nothing this man cant do for you he knows things you never thought exsisted to benefit you. I could go on and on telling you about this place but if you truly want that personal top of the line VIP type of medical care you HAVE to give absolute care and Dr. Anoop Raman a try. I promise you that you will be incredibly Amazed. They saved my life and sanity without a doubt. And youll probably make some new friends while youre there ... I give them WAY MORE than 5 stars...P.S I wouldnt mind coming back on here to read your own reviews once youve tried Absolute Care......Look Ive read the other reviews I have no affiliation with them. I am a regular patient. I dont know of other peoples experiences but as patient for years and from day one I was treated as family and I still am. And I cant fatten the people there being anything but extremely helpful they bend over backward to help those who cant help themselves. PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN to one or two reviews who obviously for what ever reason had a bad day. Over 20yrs of seeking good...great MEDICAL care with people with hearts of gold I would NEVER look elsewhere. I truly Love the Doctors and nurses and staff there. They go way beyond in helping you and if for any reason theres something they cant they refer you to the BEST in the city for specialized care. As God as my witness please PLEASE entrust your care with them. Even if its just for one visit. I promise you will see and experience what I have over the years.. I wish everybody well

This was the biggest mistake ever I got a call one day from one of the reps and after all I have been through with pain and doctors not listening I decided to give them a chance to help to only be PROFILED AND HAVE THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM I EVEN HAD TO FILE COMPLAINT I FEEL SO LET DOWN I REALLY THOUGHT THEY WERE GONNA HELP ME GET BETTER OR FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME INSTEAD SAME AS THE OTHERS SO DONT GO HERE THEY DONT REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH THEY SAY THEY DO BUT THEN TOTALLY LOSE YOUR FILES OR EVEN READ THEM TO HELP YOU THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED OR SOMETHING EITHER WAY AGAIN I AM DO DISAPPOINTED IN THEM and this is YOLANDA COSME NOT MY HUSBAND THEY ARE WELL AWARE HOW THEY FAILED ME AND I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE ONLY RIGHT TO WARN OTHERS
