Called for an appointment in April. The earliest appointment for a simple pre-procedure consult (usually takes 10 minutes tops) was three months later in July. Since Temple offers an online portal, the appt also showed in the app. On June 30, I noticed the appt wasn't showing in the app any longer. When I called, I was told my appointment was "bumped" since the doctor would be on vacation that day. However, the office never notified me of this. That was confirmed by the receptionist who told me there was no record that anyone reached out to me. I was told I could reschedule. The next available appt with Ehrlich would be October. An additional 4 months later. Since I was bumped due to his vacation that clearly was scheduled after my appt was made, I thought I should get an earlier one since he was supposed to see me in July. However, I was told by the scheduler there was nothing she could do. I was transferred to Ehrlich's secretary and left a voicemail asking her to call to arrange an earlier appt. I never got that call.
